Sony Vegas 8:Turning 3D Text

i have a questioin i already have a video done with all my effects and i only want it to be on the video iteslf not as a black screen with my writing on it...sooo how do i put it on my selected media?

for some odd reason i did this and it worked but half the text cut off then on the other half of the 3d twisting the other half shows up and the other side disapears. i made a new projects and repeated these steps and it worked fine.. i dunno wats wrong.

This video is greate after from i use Vegas Pro 9 but i havn't got the option he does in the video at 3:25 where i can add a key frame, i don't even have that bar down there its just blank. Im not sure what to do or if i have changed a setting somewhere, if anyone has the solution just say or inbox me.

This is not real 3d titles. Real 3d is when it has a thickness added to it as if it were to be realy scenic
