  • Yessssss! They don't know the LAW!!!!

  • The `liability order` was signed before the court hearing ( Illegal ?), also , the (alleged),Magistrates did not show proof of their Oath, therefore, their claim to be ( Lawful), Magistrates was not proven. Remember this case was under Common Law and the `Freeman` who had presented himself acted lawfully. There was no contract between him and the Council ( corporation), who were attempting to extract money from the said `Freeman on the Land`. The council had no `Lawful` authority .

  • what is the lay advisors name would like to learn more about freeman and comon law i like the way the lay advisor conducted himself and the fact the policy officers honnered their oaths its good to see thumbs up : )

  • @Rambofreedomfighter ramound st clair

  • Grow up. You enjoy the services provided by the local council yet do not want to pay for them. Nothing would have satisfied you that the court was constituted correctly. You say after the Magistrates leave, that you are now the highest lawful authority in the room, which by itself acknowlwdges that the Magistrates were the highest authority, despite all of your waffle. Pay your bills.

  • @ian4102 YOU PAY YOU GOOD LITTLE SHEEP, ITS A FUCKING COURT DEFACTO, GOOGLE DE FACTO, THEY ARE A COMPANY, YOU HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH THEM,

  • Enable jurisdiction. As a completely objective law student I must say that the ignorance of the creator of this video and the people in it is bewildering. This is not how the law works. Every. Single. Presumption. They are making is wrong. Case dismissed under common law? That doesn't make sense. What you never see is this matter being resolved. the magistrates did not throw in the towel. Pause at 8:00, The defendant lost. Rightfully so.

  • @michaeltbear If it is true that the magistrates signed the liability order prior to the hearing, the liability order is potentially invalid and the proceedings open to question. It may also put the positions of the magistrates and clerk of the court in question, also. Like yourself, I have studied law and worked in law enforcement.

  • @michaeltbear what is the difference between law and legislation?:P

  • Bravo!

  • try police entrapment ,dial 999 and set a nice little trap for the bully fuckers

  • The problem with asserting your real rights is that they can mistakedly arrest you and take your DNA (I wholly object to the acquisition of my personal genetic blueprint). Even if you are released with no charge, the bastards still have your DNA and can fit you up one day for whatever crime they want.

  • @theawakener7 i suggest you should contact a lawyer my friend or buy common law books and read into the language of legalese. a lawyer should be able to help i would think plus questions about common law, fiction legal mr.xxx and your identity and so on so on ..

  • Great stuff, power to your elbow!

  • It's because us British are "YES" people that we allowed the Government to get away with bringing in this theft of council tax / poll tax.

    It's a disgrace

  • This is all great but now what? Thats the part I dont get, all these videos end the same, so they just fck you when your not there. Whats the point if you cant take it to the next level?

  • COMMON LAW FOR THE WIN!

  • I keep watching these kind of videos, and the end result is that, the Freeman gets fucked! So what if the court was abandoned? The letter he got clearly orders him to pay up, and if he didn’t, then the bailiffs would have come knocking, or he would have got an attachment of earnings. He spent all that time learning that shit, but what did he get for it? He got his shit taken from him by bailiffs. Well done buddy!

  • @GeoffT7 NO HE DOSE NOT bailiffs have no power to take any thing you fool . ther not cops

Bailiffs have no power at all onlt stuped twats open the door to them THEY HAVE NO POWER DUMFUC

  • @PANTSDOWN555 OK, no need to have a heart attack you fuckin retard! I would have found your comment perfectly acceptable without the DUMCUK at the end. TWAT!

  • @GeoffT7 Regardless of his spelling he is correct. Bailiffs have fuck all power to take shit from your home. You just need to know how to tackle it.

  • @GeoffT7 And he shouldn't have called you a dumcuk either! I am a dumcuk

  • @GeoffT7 what are you saying, you wont fight for your freedom because people are fighting to keep you a slave?

you dont have to answer no door to no bailiff! fuck me, what you just answer the fucking door when they come knocking? oh i see someone already got at u. he swore because your accepting slavery and disrespecting the man which fought for his freedom dumbfuck. well done buddy!

  • @chino187ify Did I say I won’t fight for my freedom? How am I a slave? Bailiffs won’t knock on my door because I'm not in any debt, and if they did, no I wouldn’t answer. I read the relevant books, I'm just saying that none of these freemen seem like they’ve had much success. How’d you get round an attachment of earnings if you work and you’re not self employed? If you insist on being a rude cunt in your reply then don’t bother replying.

  • 3 Weeks later he was taken out by a trolley cart in Tescos!

  • What is a 'written order' ?

  • There is no evidence on the liability order to say that it was signed at 10am. The time shown as 10am is the time of the hearing, not the time of signing. This is a deliberate ploy by this group to try to show that they have a case. Just a bunch of nutters. Most probably get Council Tax benefit and therefore pay a very small part of the full cost, which means that the rest of us have to pay the shortfall. Hope that you don't pay and then its clink for you all, tossers. Waste of space.

  • @MrMo1944

And i'm sure that if council tax benefit gets slashed, then your taxes will go down, right? RIGHT? I don't think so.

  • I would love to see this done as a Monty Python style skit. "but Steven Barry is in the court sir".

  • awesome! lawfull rebellion, don't tear up those BCs... they could come in handy! lol

  • Pause at 8:00 and read the whole document. Then pause at 8:55 and read the next document.

He may have confused the officials present with unfamiliar antics, but the case was NOT dismissed. Judgment was rendered. The council will get its money by the usual means, whether that's putting a lien on Mr Barry's wages or pension payments, freezing his bank account, seizing property, or whatever is convenient.

But you won't see that on video. That drags on for months and isn't very dramatic.

  • A small victory yes ,but potentially of huge significance. As I approach my later years I sometimes wish I ....never mind ,i'm rambling.

    Good wishes to your endeavours.

  • Augusto333,yes,governments are good at getting their policies implemented, it's easy for them when power's given to them on a minority plate. They don't care if a few individuals buck the system and get away without paying taxes, less revenue collected means less available for those who need assistance most.MPs will still have their salaries protected that's for sure, they know joe public with family responsibilities will carry on with P.A.Y.E!

  • .@mentalist555,how often do the government implement change via a contrived route? They knew the poll tax would be rejected,it was a logistic nightmare, but they had plan B in reserve, knowing most home occupiers are P.A.Y.E tax payers with families to support,i dont recall then or even to this day any vociferous group defending families and their increasing tax burden, and yet this group,to use popular vernacular has been shafted the most.End of my rant,i'll watch the C.T video again for a laugh!

  • @augusto333,yes,i recall the poll tax, which i was against, which people power brought an end to,but ironically replaced with its ugly twin! I agree we should pay something towards local services, but no government has put in a fairer system for all, there are always winners and losers. And,yes, you might be right,if C.T was done away with we may end up with privatised local services, where profit is king, not in my view a better option.

  • @mentalist555,good point,no-one likes this unfair tax,you dont gain freedom by causing misery to your family if you end up losing your case.We taxpayers have to pay something towards local services.Imagine if these were all privatised, how much would we be charged to have rubbish removed?Say we were charged individually for all services we used, maybe then we'd regret abandoning the council tax!!

  • @kayamiller,i agree with you on that, but everyone has their own idea of what freedom is and,as in the case of not paying council tax, what happens if your partner and children disagree with your chosen course of action? It is,of course, easier to stand up if your single and self employed, for if things go against you no-one else is going to suffer, you can pick yourself up again, not really an option if your the breadwinner with the family's welfare to consider

  • so did u have to pay the council tax?

  • lol.. nicely done. I love the fact that at 7:27 even the that last cop in yellow is smiling.

  • Sadly, people have been jailed, not for non payment of this tax,but because of breaching court orders in relation to the debt, and no amount of legalistic theatrics will spare you 14 days in prison if you wilfully ignore a suspended committal order.I dont like this tax,but is it worth losing your job, liberty, maybe your home,to endure all this stress to proove yourself a freeman?

  • @mentalist555

    Yes

  • @mentalist555 Many people have been willing to loose their life for their freedom... so yes at times the risk is worth it. I look upon those people who do with great respect.

  • So so good!

  • good work

  • does anybody know if he had to pay it or what? because the liability order was signed before the hearing was heard.

  • @pothead1004 Well the document was printed at 10am. That's not that same thing as being signed at 10am.

Presumably, as he was playing silly buggers in court, they just sent the bailiffs in. Not much of a victory if you ask me. Haha.

  • @Mechness wow, you is stupd.

  • does anybody know if he had to pay it or what?

  • i gotta hand it..this is pretty impressive..knowledge is power

  • This is either onthe Welch borders, or in Wales. The Police are called Heddlu in Wales

  • but there is a question remain for me did he had to pay is council tax yes or no?

  • @iwanttoseeeverything

no the case was dismissed mate

  • @MrScorpionseeds really bloody hell, that is very good to know ;)

  • A Maxim in Law: No one is believed in court but upon his oath.

  • @spaceinvader79 well Lord Judge, the Lord Chief Justice ,,one of them with wigs has said that common law should be used more by the courts,,so what do you say to that ,,the law isnt designed to be twisted the law is designed to be upheld and the law was designed as set of rules to protect people from tyranny and oppression including you ,,the reason the law gets abused all the time is that most people are too lazy to learn their rights and the abusers know this all to well

  • how is this a win? the letter clearly shows that £308 is still owing, AND they are sending bailiffs to collect! they got the liability order even though it is a farce.

  • That's a democracy though. We live here, we abide by the rules created by the government we employ to work for us. We cant to have the police if we are getting mugged or burgled, we want an ambulance if we are having a heart attack etc., and we want the fire brigade when our homes is on fire, or we need rescuing. We also want clean streets, w want them lit, we want libraries, schools for our children, universities for our older kids and hospitals, courts, prisons etc etc etc. These all cost...

  • @batmanjim1 yes but that is what tax on your earning is meant to be for but they use it to pay interest to a private bank that issues the money to the united kingdom .so people are lining their pockets with the tax from your earnings and then they have to come up with a tax to pay for our public services ..the government has every right to print its own money backed by resources, but they dont they borrow it from a private bank and every £has immediate debt attached to it.look up"fiat currency"

  • Sorry, I still don't get it.

  • ist the clerk breaking the law at 3.00 for asking for stephen barry to come forward and not using( mr) stepen barry the fictional ,would it be right to say the clerk was in contempt of court as he tried to turn the jurisdiction to the courts power by knowingly not useing (mr stephen barry) could the clerk not be in breach of the peaece for trying to provoke the laypersons and have them wrongly arrested.he attested to the police they should be arrested on false grounds istnt that perjury

  • ist the clerk breaking the law at 3.00 for asking for stephen barry to come forward and not using( mr) stepen barry the fictional

  • the court is a public building the magistrate does not own the court thats why he cant give a leagal order to remome them from the court

  • so using the law in court(common law) is a contempt of court ...therefore everyone in that room was in contempt of court.....except the seated public and the police constables in yellow

  • so did he have to pay or not

  • Comment removed

  • @geisterbahn1 off course he did, the freemen are a bunch of tossers. All their videos fail, they never show you what really happens. You always get the bullshit at the beginning but they never show you the freeman being arrested or sent down. If any freemen want to dispute this then show one single positive outcome in a court case. The lay lawyer is a well known con man, Raymond St Clair, google him,he's a shit. Freemen on the land is just english nationalists trying not to look like the BNP

  • Uhhhmm....it seems you lost as your legal fiction is still liable for the sum.

  • @WONDOCTORJ i would like to see the leagal fiction trying to get to the bank cos barry stephens refuses to represent the leagal fiction so although the leagal fiction has to pay the natural person deos not have to pay unless he agrees to pay

  • @reksub10 they'll arrest the man not the birth certificate when it's time to collect

  • @BOZ11 yes youre correct thats what the vid is showing that their system is built on threats violence and lies and corruption .they will bully you into paying them money ..its basic theft tarted up to come accross as ethical which it is certainly not ..there is no justice in the justice system ...

  • @reksub10 they are determined to conjoin the legal fiction with the man. u can rightly point out the discrepancy but they won't give a shit. i suppose you'd have to completely relinquish all state paraphernalia in order to be a freeman, but then how would u travel without a passport? how would u get medical insurance from an insurer insisting on a birth certificate? can u use the legal fiction when it suits u (passport) but then reject it when you have to pay council tax? doesn't look like it

  • @BOZ11 but ucc is built on contrats but if you apply for a passport does it say if you sign this you are giving the state jurisdiction over every aspect of your life,no it dosent ask,or any government document cos you cant contract to somthing through any unrelated contractual elemnts this.the point of this vid was to show that there is no law that says you have to pay council tax ..this is their rules but they dont like it when a commoner knows the rules and therefore can beat them at the game

  • @reksub10 "there is no law that says you have to pay council tax"

"1993 and subsequent financial years, each billing authority shall, in accordance with this Part, levy and collect a tax, to be called council tax, which shall be payable in respect of dwellings"

"billing authority" means district or london borough council. that's the local government finance act 1992 that says we have to pay. it's by decree; it's undemocratic since they never put it to referenda, but that's the law as it stands

  • @BOZ11 it still aint a law its only a statute/act .i dont dis agree with the system .its the corruption within the system thats the problem ..and the courts and the law bully ,threaten intimidate and are violent towards people and they abuse their power on a daily basis .which is out of order ,if your earnings tax didnt go to pay a private back interest then we would have no need for a local council tax

  • @reksub10 statutes are laws too, they're just not common law. you're more or less saying that ANY law passed by the legislative branch of government is illegitimate. why? i do agree on the systemic corruption however

  • @BOZ11 yeah your right but an unjust law should not be adhered to by the public ..this just goes to show that we serve the goverment we they do not serve us as they are supposed to ..its all a sham..i know a government should not need to discuss every law statute ,but the publics feelings on the poll tax which became council where very clear .with all the riots that broke out ,clearly they are doing what they want regarless of thge publics needs or wants...respect

  • @reksub10 I agree, after the poll tax riots there should have been a referendum. well, if u think that's bad, i got a letter through the post informing me that thames water will be metering everybody's supply in future. pay by the litre. bastards

  • @BOZ11 yeah i knew that in scotland we have been paying for water for years now ,and it falls from the sky lol ..did you know scotlan even sella water to england?.but not to get off topic ..everything that the lower classes have in the way of rights they had to fight for tooth and nail..we need to hold corruption of anykind as high as a capital crime .and get rid of the 70 year rule

  • @reksub10 what's the 70 year rule?

  • @BOZ11 i dont know the exact amount of years but its the period of time that the government can withhold documents pertaining to their actions ,example is in the usa the f.b.i. files on kennedys assassanation where sealed for 70 years ..but im not sure of the exact amount of years

  • @reksub10 they're not bound by rules; if they can have war without a declaration of war, they can arbitrarily withhold information. when the law givers are corrupt it's time to start your own state. direct democracy & cooperative businesses (along with the end of corporations) will go a long way to fixing this

  • @reksub10 .....75 i think....then they can only release undamaging reports.....basically they got marker pen all over them.....

  • @HOMEnHIGH cheers for the time span ,explains why gov officals are above a certain age lol, yeah the old classified black pen ,even the ink is a secret recipe lol ,but 75 years is way to high considering the documents are owned by the public (except mabye private corespondance).

  • @reksub10 "you're more or less saying that ANY law passed by the legislative branch of government is illegitimate"

i didn't think so but they just might be (illegitimate). i just came across some information which shows that if one is not a member of the law society, then these statutes don't apply. my apologies

  • @BOZ11 no need to apologize im no expert.if every one was procssed through common law other than UCC which is where the dupe lies, thats why were not taught the basics in school so we cant sus the game out ,but they make you think your being charged under the law of the land when basically if you give them consent then its totally up to them what they do to you, thats why people get different sentences for the same crime, but if injury or damage is caused then the natural personcan be charged by CL

  • @BOZ11 i love the way you ask a question and then presume to know the answer without a response,,,classic

  • @eatdogshitforlunch i love the way you eatdogshitforlunch.

  • @BOZ11 no sorry i dont do mcdonalds

  • Interesting reading (8:01) - where it states the Liability Order was granted anyway in their absence, Acite Agreement or something?

What was the point of all that, I actually believed all this shit was real and these people had a valid cause, having paused the letter for a few seconds and having a read of it only tells me that the Courts assumed the defendant never turned up, so in his absence granted the LO and now he faces the bailiffs, in my humble opinion, that's far worse! Courts win!

  • @seagalinvestigations no the court did not win as the order was signed as a guilty order before the case was heard therefore he was found guilty before he had a chance to defend his self and it violated his right to a fair trial of his peers and leagal council ..so they had abondoned the court and the lay adviser dismissed the case..the birth certificate still owes the money but good luck trying to get the money from an inanimate object.their laws and they got beat

  • @seagalinvestigations thats the point of the vid ..leagaly the defendant was never broke no laws but the courts have a system buitl on threats lies and violence so a letter is a threat of sendiung balifs around to your house that is against your human rights to be threatend in your own home...so thye vid is pointing out how corrupt the legal system is ...its all a sham to make their theivery seem ethical.at least a robbrer is telling you hes robbing you, plus guilty until you prove your innocence

  • Very interesting 10 0f them a day will do nicely after all it is a court and the Game must be played and the ball end on there side and you won 10/10 .

  • Teach me master Jedi...

  • So other than waisting the coppers time, and the mags...what was achieved? Im sure you dudes had a right old laugh about it, but the case wasn't thrown out. You might as well stood there and said nothing other than "badger, badger, badger" 400 times. It would have got you just as far. You still got the notice in the post, you still owe them money as far as they are concerned?? Please explain how you won this one? Thanks. I agree with the first post.

  • @batmanjim1 yeah thats the thing they will resort to intimidation and violence to make their system work cos that what theifs do.so what if the balifs come round, what if he has 20 of his nate ,what are the bailifs going to do,its M.r BARRY STEPHENS that owes the money not barry stephens he does not owe anything.but council tax althougfh there is no law that says we have to pay ,is a good idea cos it does give us public services, now taxing your wages should be ileagal cos that means your a slave

  • Man! That was awesome! I got chills going threw my body when the peace officers just stood for common law. And those at the public gallery too. I wish we would do that here in our courts in the USA. Thank yo for posting this videos.

  • @mercurio0000 yuo are well within your rights in the U.S.A. to do this aswell ..look uo maritime admiltry law on you tube

  • @reksub10 I will and thank you for your comment.

  • "I bring Mr. Barry to the court" :)

  • The lay advisor was acting as just that, an advisor and speaking on behalf of steven barry in the case for Mr Steven Barry (the birth certificate is the ''legal ficition/person/Mr) the non payment of council tax is the only thing i can think that it would be to be brought before the magistrates for.

  • cwmbran! up the road from me. As soon as the Lay adviser declared himself the highest authority and declared the case dismissed....i could not believe that most of the ppl listened and headed out the door.

  • @TulwarKahn this layman was in a nother case on here with a woman..so unlikly to be Mr s Barry!! at one point he asks "for your birth cert" so i think he was next to him!!!

  • @spaceinvader79 its cos we where to early people were just finding out now they are using it what this space

i have seen lots of court cases now been abandoned

    man over board

but dnt jump in the water if u dont wanna get wet

  • ALL THIS SHOWS IS THAT FACISTS SYSTEM IS A LAW UNTO ITSELF, COMMON LAW IS BOLLOCKS AS THE FACISTS MAKE LAW UP AS THEY GO ALONG. WELL BEEN PISSED ON HISTORICALY. AS WE SEE HERE. THE POOR SOD JUDGED BEFORE THE COURT HEARING SHOULD MAKE THE JUDGES LIABLE FOR PROSECUTION AS THE CRIMINALS THEY ARE. ABUSING OFFICE AND OATH , FAILING UPHOLDING LAWFULL PROCESS, ETC. BUT THE FUCKERS ARE PROTECTED BY A CORRUPT ESTABLISHED SYSTEM, THAT IS EVEN MORE CRIMININAL THAN THEY ARE, THAT IS LONDONS PALIAMENT.

  • @RainstormGB so did he lose the case???? cannot they be arrested for this??? we need to fight and no ACCEPT DEFEAT

  • amazing to see in action!

  • thanks much rainstorm.

  • Yep, this kind of footage needs to be shown on 8pm viewing on a popular channel, so that the people of Britain can see something so important. It's "Panorama expose" material, this. Of course, it never will be shown. Fascinating to watch, nonetheless. I think weight is added to it that all of the lay people involved in this one were all of a more mature age and were quite professional and laid back in their dealing with the matter. It is Gandhian non compliance.

  • thanks gb,, want to understand more ,, any place i can find local freemans.. .best wishes to you from wales,,your effort doing the videos is a great inspiration..

  • Maybe it's cuz I'm not English, but NONE of that made any sense :-O ... ;-)

  • if this is going to save me £1000 a year, then i hope the layman is up for hire..

  • @cestrianvlogger ...my best guess is that the layman was Steven Barry. It takes a long time to learn the court process well enough to pull this off, but it is possible as shown in the video's. He did it, so can you.

Look for 'The Anti Terrorist' on utube

  • @WaxingRadiance ive watched all his vids, my problem is my brain doesnt want to remember anything.... still a great video though, just shows how the corporations try and stitch us up, its good the police obeyed the common law

  • @cestrianvlogger if the police didnt obey the CL ,they would be breaking the oath they made to protect it

  • Yes! but did he pay up in the end? did they boot his door in and take all his stuff.?

It's all very clever this stuff but they have the guns and can do what ever they want.

thats why Americans have a right to Arms.

  • Excellent. Does this stuff really work?

  • WOOT! far freakin out

  • wicked vid. i'll be studing the terms.thanks for a easy to understand common law vid in eveyday use.was there anything in the papers about it.lol

  • Stunning work mate

    HUGE FONZIE

  • i rate and comment to show support

  • thank you!

  • good stuff......
