  • This isn't his rendition, although he plays it better than most of the other videos. X Japan actually recorded an acoustic only version of this great song. You can find it on pretty much any p2p program, or find the powertab at ultimate-guitar.

  • it depends on how u define "rendition" though. he's not necessarily "owning" the piece (if that's what u meant) but he played it (and an admirable one, i must say) so he did render it. just a thought \m/

  • Rendition as in his own original arrangement. There's a big difference between merely playing a piece, and creating your own rendition of it.

  • What are you talking about? I said he played it nicely, where did you get this stuff about "owning" the piece? I never said anything like that. Anyways, I was merely pointing out that he didn't write the arrangement as some people, judging by their comments, seem to think, and that you can find the tabs on the internet if anyone wanted to learn it.
