  • Either back, hips, or groin. You have to work at it, and what ever is most difficult to stretch, is the problem. Good luck!

  • I have a question: Is a hutch back caused by tight hips or are there specific muscles that cause it, for being too tight? :D I would be mirin if you could anwer! Thanks
