I mean, in MGS1, you can't even aim downward!

@JitandChuck Maybe I could try manipulating the auto-aim to shoot at a guard from higher ground (like stairs, or on top of REX.)

You could even kind of shoot the floor in the MSX games. The bullets disappear after they go a certain distance!
