what i meant was dont add sugar nor cream in it and do not starve yourself you are not gonna lose like that you have got to eat and add in fruit with meals that way it will make you full fast and try to wait two hours between meals when i first started weight watchers i waited three hours between meals and dropped 7 pounds my first week starting out :)
she is right i drink nothing but water and im 15 pouns lighter my jeans are fitting loosly and im feeling and looking great even though i have a long way to go im proud of myslef but jordan looks great she boosted up my inspiration oh yeah replace your white bread with brown bread and special k cereal i love and if you are gonna drink cofee drink it straight black dont add ar or cream :)
