  • Our monkey leader is dead. RIP Davey Jones.

  • im a monkey

  • Laugh-a while you can monkey boy

  • and lastly, christian creationists, TITS OR GTFO.

  • humans descended from apes not monkeys

  • I think I'll have that banana now.

  • 80 jesus freaks dont like being told theyre retarded monkeys

  • From one monkey to another, I just gave you a thumb's up for posting this. You are one hell of a monkey!

  • im a drunk monkey

  • Humans are bad monkeys!

  • DANCE MONKEYS DANCE

  • So are you saying that you never shave ( so you look like ape ) and you have never hated anyone and you have never been happy for getting a price and you dislike sex and you consider yourself as a-sexual? The vid is still good tho :P

  • This a very simplistic view, also we are not the only animals that have consciousness, but still interesting video none the less.

  • im an indian monkey

  • @kdiopgh Oh, they're the worst monkeys of all! - LOL

  • this film was made by a monkey

  • If aliens existed, I know right now why they never visited us. They are up there right now thinking: "Do we want to risk meeting with this bunch of destructive and amoral buffons? If they go their hands on our technology, they would accelerate their inevitable destruction".

Anyone who says differently, it doesn't matter in the long run anyway. We evolved from monkeys? More like the other way around. Humans are nothing more than a cancer to this world. And that's all we will always be.

  • We are a bunch of fucked up monkeys alright.

  • we are bonobos :)

  • don't hate on him. he's just an ape in denial. probably why he listed the flying spaghetti monster as a religion...

  • @Permafry42 whats the difference?

  • @TheSouleater66 religion is the faith in an ideology, the flying spaghetti monster is a cult aithiests created as a weak parody of religion, and lacking the ideology necessary to be considered a true religion.

  • @Permafry42 the point of the fsm church is that they fake a very stupid belief, but its no different from other religions. it was actually created to mock the fact that the govrnament wanted to ban the teaching of evolution in schools. seriously, i dont see the difference between beliving in talking snakes and man-eating whales, with an old book being the only proof of these happenings, and beliving a gigantic spaghetti shitted the world.

  • @TheSouleater66 great for you. not everyone is an atheist and views the world the way you do. I was showing before that the difference is that religion is the belief in a set of morals as much as it is about believing in god unlike the flying spaghetti monster parody, which incorrectly labels religion solely as the following of a deity rather than it being both about the metaphor of "God" as well as the belief in a set of morals. It's that misconception that I was responding to.

  • @Permafry42 ok, sorry. im just pointing out out that the parody was created to protest against the act of banning evolution classes on american schools.

  • The timing is off n screws up the whole effect, u dumb monkey!

  • if we are able to control REAL monkeys then we are more than just a pack of monkeys. if we put monkeys in a room with an irish song playing will they start dancing? if you go to ireland and play an irish song will someone dance to it?

were more than just a bunch of monkeys

  • haha. ive been thinking about human behavior. we are a bunch of fucking wild monkeys. look at our clicks and the sounds we make. we are half way intelligent monkeys.

  • @JMort95 monkeys dont create, monkeys dont preform in movie, monkeys dont give thanks, monkeys dont make music. THATS BECASUE WE ARE NOT MONKEYS. I cant believe im saying this but Snookie isnt even a monkey! she just decides to make bad decisions

  • He forgot to say "monkeys can also be complete pessimists like me".

  • the speaker is a porch monkey.

  • Comment removed

  • @11ethan111

"Humans are at once the most beautiful and ugliest creatures on the planet." isn't a pessimistic statement. Nor is it an optimistic statement. It's a realistic statement, which combines both perspectives into one and cuts all the bullshit.

  • @Npowell01 oh yea i supose

  • Where's the picture of the Jewish monkeys spitting on whites in Israel?

  • Technically we're apes.

  • Soo were monkeys and monkeys are people lol

  • @7888ify No, humans are apes, not modern like moneys that you see today... Humans come from an ape which is now exitnct... Some people like @iTzFLYBOiJD think that we came from the apes and monkeys that are around today... The evolutionary human family tree contains an ape which produced two branches... One of which went to humans.. and one of which went to Chimps... We are cousins/.

  • Didnt watch videos but is this

  • Comment removed

  • humans are just a certain kind of animal--Hairless Apes! Unfortunately, we just aren't smart enough to see and understand our own nature as human animals. We are just plain stupid really and need we to REALLY EVOLVE if we are to solve the problems we face as a species! But honestly, we too busy being just like every other animal--breeding and fighting and socializing and playing and taking care of our families and trying to stay safe and trying to get on top and not get eaten.

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD lol

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD Dude.... the animals that are now the "real" apes, were less evolved than humans when we were apes. Maybe you should finish your school before going all scientific on utube?

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD I hope you're joking. :/

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD bro it's an analogy

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD

Populations separate based on mutations. One interesting thing about evolution is that when animals aren't adapting to survive, they're mutating entirely different ways of living that may not necessarily be better or worse, but has just as much potential to survive. This is how behavioral differences often lead to separate populations of the same kind of animal, a phenomenon which can lead to separate species in the long run.

  • cont.

Until "Civilization" came along, bipedal hominds were only smarter than their ape cousins, but certainly not stronger, technology hadn't yet separated the brain from the brawn to exaggerate our ego of superiority.

e.g. Hunter-gatherer humans were likely afraid of, and thus highly respectful towards gorillas they might have shared a jungle with, for example. After all, a spear isn't much if you're a sixth its weight and you come from a line of apes who developed self-conscious awkwardness.

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD You answered your question buddy. Study natural selection.

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD And you are as smart as a chalkboard eraser.

  • @Eragarev Now why are fluffing up his ego with such outlandishly positive comparisons to his wit?

  • Comment removed

  • @iTzFLYBOiJD because only a few of the monkeys changed into the human monkey leaving the other monkeys behind...

  • we are a human race not developed from anything at all Darwin is an old monkey himself so no wonder he thought human are monkeys or apes whatsoever .

    _______________________

human are a race of its own .

monkeys are race of their own .

Darwin's butt hole can take the theory of his own .

  • What about Michael Jacksonology? Pay a few hundred bucks for his albums, and say that he never had any plastic surgery while holding a straight face, and that it's okay for grown men to sleep with boys and you are pretty much going straight to Neverneverland in your afterlife.

  • If humans are monkeys (apes) they should live like any other animal on the planet.

  • wait so god isn't real?

  • 68 monkey disliked

  • How true to all the comments

  • Monkeys?? humans are made from dust, and to dust we shall return.

  • This is just wonderful. Love the tune behind it too. Great irish tune.

  • silly monkeys... will they ever learn?

  • We're a species of monkey called the hairless destructive monkey. I hate being human. We destroy everything and think that we aren't animals. BS. We are animals. We're just a more fucked up species of animal. Like i said. We destroy everything

  • @ThatBoyTLong yea i hate humanity and bieng human myself, we should be friends.

  • This video should be sent into space. For the aliens.

  • lol look at all those monkeys posting comments claiming they are not monkeys.

  • @Aanthanur lol yessss

  • hahaha this video is the shit!! we are monkeys by definition and derivation.

  • @BasicSpace42 Apes and Old World Monkeys are catarrhines and together with the New World Monkeys are haplorhines. These (with the strepsirhines) make up the order primates. Not all primates (or all haplorhines) are monkeys. The ancestral haplorhine did have a tail, so it is usually referred to as a monkey-like ancestor. You're right - the common name "monkey" IS a paraphyletic group, but primatologists study primates, not just monkeys. Herpetologists, alternatively, do study a paraphyletic group

  • yup. this is probably the best video on youtube. IVE WATCHED THEM ALL.

  • @WolfeLogan agreed, im going to show this to everybody and everything that i know

  • uh uh ah ah

  • Anyone know what song is playing? Great video by the way.

  • @BasicSpace42 Apes are not monkeys. They are two different groups of primates.

  • @SavetheSimpona No, their not two different groups. Apes are simply monkeys without tails, but they are monkeys nevertheless. Our evolutionary ancestors were monkeys with tails. We lost them (actually they simply got reduced and are still there), but we are still monkeys, and will stay monkeys for ever.

  • "The monkeys make trophies, then give them to each other... like it means something." Probably my favorite line from this video.

  • Humans aren't monkeys, the are apes. Mkay?

  • @JustAddMercury And apes are monkeys. So we are monkeys after all.

  • @BasicSpace42 No, apes are not monkeys.

  • @maisteri Only if you count monkeys as a paraphyletic group, which is not done in biological systematics and therefore unscientific. Only monophyletic groups (a group consistig of all descendans of one common ancestor) are used in systematics (if possible). Therefore, apes are monkeys, because they build a monophyletic group with a monkey as their ancestor.

  • Apes! We're cocking apes not monkeys!

  • @alexifalls lol. I'm glad I'm not the only one that got mad over this.

  • @alexifalls Apes and monkeys are the same thing.

"Ape" just sounds more prestigious, so we use it over "monkey".

  • @Aldeni1551 Monkeys have tails; apes do not

  • @Aldeni1551 No, apes and monkeys are not the same thing.

  • @alexifalls wrong. indeed we are apes but apes (including humans) are monkeys, both by definition and derivation. you're a fucking monkey, mate! (see AronRa's video in the suggestions).

  • Apes! We're cocking apes not monkeys!

  • Beautiful, scary, funny, sad. And all true.

  • Absolutely brilliant video!!

Now if we can get more of us to accept the fact we are monkeys, we might be able to move past this and get to some of that unused potential we have.

  • sucks being a monkey

  • Amazing

  • Science Fail.

  • the best video ive ever seen,

  • Except that we aren't monkeys, we are apes...

  • @S0chan Technically, to call an ape a monkey isn't incorrect. Yes, you wouldn't ask "Is a gorilla a human?", but when used with lack, the word monkey can mean 'old world monkey', which we are very related to. Monkey can be a synonym for primate as well, or which monkeys and apes are.

  • @S0chan apes are monkeys

  • @lamorte42 Not they are not. Apes were once called "Old World monkeys" but that is an old term not used any more. Quoting wikipedia: "All primates that are not prosimians or apes are monkeys.".

  • @S0chan The word ape has a negative, cultural connotation linked with African Americans, that could be why he chose to use monkey. Also, monkey has an entirely different tone that makes us seem even more insignificant, that could be it. Stop being so literal and take something from the content lol

  • how true.

  • If you were in my town, you would be my best monkey friend.

  • I'm not a monkey because I don't have a tail :D

  • Great job! grateful to who made and created this video.i think its a view of a monkey on the other monkeys with affective sights.

  • Right, God and Jesus are as real as... monkeys. GREAT video! I really enjoyed that little vitamin of a short. Thanks a good deal.

The one problem, my believing friends, with the universe being made for you all is that the universe is hell. Have fun.

  • @mhc4124 how do you know god and jesus exist... i mean. dont get me wrong, i believe in god, but some other people dont. so just don't post stuff like that... no offense ofcourse.

  • lmao

  • hahahahahahahahahaha @2:00 flying spaghetti monster

  • we are indeed monkeys from Africa. It's easy to forget this fact, so thanks for the reminder. It's funny how we like to pretend we're so much more than monkeys; why can't everybody just admit that we are what we are? I like being a monkey; who cares? Let me pick the fleas off your back... lol

  • umm you are wrong God and Jesus are real and I hope some day you find them in life

  • @sjvmustang

    LOL.

  • @sjvmustang Hahahaha.

Whatever makes you sleep at night.

  • fucking monkeys!!!

  • just loved the two last monkeys, : )

    ahah, huhuhuh

  • Like has been said here, with our conciousnes it's hard to stay happy.

And this might sound weird to a lot of people.

But I feel happy in my unhappiness.

I'm not the most happy person in the world. But I have comfort in exactly that.

  • I like how it begins with"focus" I get it!! good one!

  • I laughed all the way through this.

  • Humans are gay, but fortunately no one's offended by that because there is no such thing as a human.

  • This is so true!

It's amazing that humans are so focused on seperating themselves from other animals, especially monkeys. If you want to find humans true nature, I find it much more interesting studying monkeys, than sociology or philosophy.

Would you ever hand a monkey a hydrogen bomb? ; )

Live with it. Accept it. We are all monkeys. It makes life a lot easier to grasp...

And if you doubt, that we are monkeys, spend an hour studying Darwin.

  • STOP SAYING MONKEYS!

  • @xCDTGaming

monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey

  • This is so true! I love it!

  • 573 people are going 2 duh..duh...duh..HELL!

  • @BballNintendo HEEELLL YEEEAHHH BUDDY!! Fellow fantard gives you over 9000 high fives, at 1% power, at 10 times Earth's gravity!

  • @BballNintendo "Hell Yeah Man"I Wonder How We Transform into A Super Saiyan?Or A Giant Ape?

  • Strangely, I feel like eating a banana now.

  • This video listed every fact about why I hate myself

  • Pretty self-serving. Yeah, humans suck. No fucking story.

  • Some monkeys think that believing in gods make them unique, transcendent monkeys who have discovered great truth. Some monkeys say "Ah! There is only one god!". Some monkeys think that saying that there is not one god makes them new and unique monkeys who have discovered some great truth.

In fact the monkeys who believe in many gods and the monkeys who believe in one god and the monkeys who believe in no god are just ...

    Monkeys.

Who believe they have discovered some great truth.

  • humans are so boring

  • Man I hate those kind of projectors. *ding* *ding* *ding*

  • a monkey snifs a monkeys ass, i shake hands ,,,and proud to know the differance ,but i do agnoledge that we are ignorante in our knowledge and what we do with it ,differantiation is a plus as for wen its time to express who we are ,no monkey ,but a speceise to evolve ,starting by respect to nature

  • Monkeys get all butthurt when they're told to stop believing in fairytales and grow up.

You're a monkey - your 2000 year old book is wrong.

  • LOL dude this is so true all humans are is just monkeys with a big brain! haha at least not everyone is a ignorant naive fool who cant see the obvious truth =)

  • @GKris1989 we are definetily not monkeys soooooo how would there still be monkeys around if we came from monkeys

  • Comment removed

  • @americangirlfan12341 Ok first off we arent monkeys.but we are definitely primates and apes, the only difference is our huge brain..Look in the mirror dear ;) you'll see a little ape in yourself. Every last human being regardless of race or origin has primate features, some more than others. This is why I hate religion, because christianity is one of the biggest and oldest lies of human history..Evolution is proven and the ignorance of people to still not believe that it's real is amazing.

  • @americangirlfan12341 there are monkeys still around because we evolved from a similar creature. there are many types of apes and we are one of them. Life is a big head ache and religion is a easy and simple way not to worry about the questions we all have. why am I here? why am I alive? what happens when you die? I'm not saying there isnt a "god" but for a man to tell you what "god" is,its just ridiculous. Religion uses fear to make you believe because if not youll burn in hell! think 4 urself

  • I can't help but to keep watching this video and the narrator who narrated this video lol

  • great video lol

  • if jesus actually comes back like all the brain washed "monkeys"think...he''s gonna come back and kick some serious ass for what his fellow "monkeys" turn his teachings into...the bible is what seperates us from animals...yet, religion has more evil in it than anything i know....i try not to judge people for their beliefs but seriously...only people who worship the devil are religious people...

  • were a bunch of monkeys lol

  • @smcayle1 oh yeah thats what we are!lol![sarcasm]

  • I love this so much!

  • @rabbitgalaxy for 1:Dude,,....YOUR SOOOOOOOOOO........... SCREWED UP![not kidding]

  • wow, i have felt this way for a while now. and it is good to know that i'm not the only one who feels this way....

  • Once this video finished, I felt like vomiting.

Society, for better or worse, is a beautiful thing, with no implications of it being a good thing. It just is. We're fucked.

  • this movie is just brilliant! good work :D

    instant fav.

  • I don't get turned on by monkeys, eew.

  • Someone didn't do their research. We're obviously apes, not monkeys.

  • @TheEnchantedPortrait what the CRAP were NOT either we are HUMAN BEINGS!!!!!

  • This is what Aliens think of us.

  • @keroisbored i think that and i am not a alien just a cyborg.

  • Some monkey ate some dank ass shrooms.....that's how we gained consciousness

  • @halloween659 THATS JUST REDICULOSE GO SCREW YOUR SELF

  • Haha, Monkey Hives..

  • I don't get turned on by monkeys, eew...

  • i just thought of something, a monkey made this because he thought he had everything figured out, yet he's just another stupid monkey.

  • i love this, it made me laugh..but not in a bad way.

  • great vid dude, keep up the good work.

  • Soooo cool soooo true. I ljust love this. Open your hearths, open your spiritual eyes, if you are not happy about being just another monkey...

  • ta dahh

  • To be fair, other animals (besides humans) do kill each other just because they are different. War between different groups of animals is not uncommon.

As Jane Goodall puts it "[T]here isn't a sharp line dividing humans from the rest of the animal kingdom -- it's a very wuzzy line -- it's a very wuzzy line -- and it's getting wuzzy-er all the time."

  • @STFUNOWlol Too bad we are on an evolutionary downwards spiral...

  • @RevengeOfTheAbyss Evolution moves in the direction of natural selection. Your perceptions of that are just an opinion.

  • @STFUNOWlol Absolutley correct, unfortunatley our natural habitats are office-blocks and shopping malls. We are losing our physical survival instincts from man-made environments. If the plug is pulled on technology, many people would die off. But as you said, evolution will continue in the long-run.

  • Even though I do not believe or agree with this I thought the concept of it was rather funny. Gave me a good laugh for the day...especially the part about religion. :)

  • Isn't this interesting that this video does not criticize science? Everything that we could know up till now may not be the actual truth. Sooo.....tell me "MONKEYS" the supposed "facts" about us evolving from monkey's could be another attempt to want to "fit in" to this planet. If you notice if we really were from this earth we'd be connected to this planet like many of the other animals. Instead our bodies are not even designed to live in the wild...and yet we are "evolved"
