Just watched the movie "They call me sirr"what a story. A kid in highschool raising a child, avoiding gang banging, working hard and becoming a MAN at a young age. This film should be watched by all the young athletes out there. I wish I would have watched the movie when I was playing ball in high school. What an ispiration,his NFL career may of been short, but I don't believe in the term "has been" because you know what College ball is a difficult level to reach in the first place.What a story

Back when the BIG 12 was a pretty DOMINATE conference..Nebraska had been or shared the National Championship 3 of the past 4 years prior to '98,and gave Florida the biggest ass whuppin ever in 1995 NCAA title game..A&M had good, to very good teams all through the 1990's,and Kansas State was just becoming a great football program.Okalahoma was 2 years away from a National Championship..In those days the Big 12 was dominated by GREAT DEFENSES..Unlike today

That was an insane day. Tennessee almost lost in the SEC title game that night, and that could have sent Ohio State to the title game even after it had lost to Michigan State in November. Not to be, though.

Kansas State got what was coming to them. They had a soft schedule and got steamrolled by Purdue. :)

I remember this game! I was about 10 years old and we were at a family event...The Aggies were way down and we quit watching, my cousin was listining to it on the radio and we just made it to hear the last 5 mins of the game. Classic!!!!
