SamtheMan explains it below. Crabs come from Balitmore (and I THINK ALL of Maryland!) I've had Crab Cakes even though i very briefly was in maryland after a Wshington DC trip at the airport (and I did not have any crab cakes..:() I you recall, this takes place in Baltimore.
