A buffer zone should have been created in this highly urbanized area like the Central Park in New York. Fort Bonifacio could have been a big park. But somebody must have benefitted converting this once tranquil place to another highly densed development.

no offense meant here, but in my opinion, Ayala Land's development of the land has actually helped to lessen the density in Fort Bonifacio.

Ayala Land Premier is known for its low density projects, as well as it6s commitment to the environment by dedicating 50% of its projects to open spaces and greenery.

I used to work in the planning dept of what you may call now MMDA. Fort Bonifacio was a very nice quiet place. It should have been set aside as just an open space like the Central Park of New York. The entire Metro Manila has been highly urbanized that there is no space to absorb the polution like the trees that used to be at Fort Bonifacio.
