This is a short but excellent parody of the Chinese revolutionary ballet "The Red Detachment of Women" (ballet premiered in 1964 and film made in 1970) most probably popularized in the West after Nixon's visit to China (he really loved this ballet production!). It has nothing to do with Peking Opera as you put in the description. Why everything theatrical in China tends to be simplified as Peking Opera?? You should watch the original version of the ballet, though it's hard to find a video.
