This is what you call a Bug. A glitch is something that happens in a game that stays there until an administraor fixes it. A bug occasionally happens. But is fixed overtime.

No Its Not I was trying to make a New Wep for Fallout 3 and i screwed up and I made the Game all wired like that then i went back into the geck and i axidently fixed it soooo its not a glich!
