I need some help o.o Dont hesitate to reply :/

I downloaded a movie from novamov using flashget. It then became an flv file. So i used OJOsoft (the trial 20 min free converter version) and it converted 20 minutes perfectly. When I used this key to activate it, It DOES WORK,however when i try to convert the same movie it doesnt want to convert at all and says it is not supported? Please help ... -_-
