@l12d88 you probably haven't installed the performance ring on your disc yet. with this groove the laser can view much deeper into the disc causing less errors. The easiest way to get a performance ring on your disc is to put the disc in the Xbox, turn it on, and shake it as hard as you can

@ScooterBoyEX221 Well its on Windows to begin with. You need Visual Studio (Express is good), then you need Aru's C++ Scripthook for GTAIV. With that hook you can call GTAIV function and make the game do things. You end up with a .dll file that you can load a so called 'asi loader' ;) Look gtamodding(dot)com for more info

I'm pretty sure it's a game code that when a vehicle is damaged, tampered, or stolen, it's put into a higher level of memory, therfor other vehicles and peds 'don't matter'. :P

Perhaps it stops spawning them because you've hit some sort of limit you can only reach by modding?

@xThaWolfx Yeah its a hardlimit in the gameengine. When you drive around normally the game would delete cars in areas you cant see. But when you keep spawning it cant :P
