  • when's the next episode gonna come owt/?

  • i agree funniest one yet

  • you guyz are f'n funny ( can I say f'n on here). I need to go to sleep but I can't until I see all of your episodes(goddam stolen internet isn't fast enough). Yes I know, I could easily just watch them tomorrow but then I wouldn't be living up to my obsesivecompulsivenuerotic fear of getting killed before I accomplish things phobic standard I set for my self. gotta have standards ya know.

are you guys from LA or NY

    jimmy

  • We're in San Francisco, actually!

Glad you like it, Jimmy! Thanks!!

  • wwats the theme song?? the ploka thing?

  • Ieva's Polka by Loituma

  • Hahaha that was great. I've gotta say, i love the intellectual thinkers that seem to lurk on youtube and critisize everything they can get their hands on, they're very entertaining. And your responses are the best!

  • Yes, we enjoy them as well! Thanks! Hope you keep watching!

  • hey Im one of those people!!! we do think long and hard about our comments, thanks you for the appreciation. I am better than the whole world because I am stereotypical... MUAHAhaha! who needs wisdom when you've got instinct.

  • i can't tell if youre being sarcastic or funny or what.

  • Yeah I'm being sarcastic in the last two sentences. Its the thought of people who sit at a computer all day starting arguments, because they have no social life, but if you only knew how hypocritical I'm being by saying that because I recently found myself writing a paragraph arguing about humility with someone, which took like a half hour cus I wanted it to stick...

  • haha alright. I'm glad youve found good use of your time.

  • kudos for Francesca!

    funny entertaining sitcom!

i liked the "I should have been a stripper as mom said" phrase :)

  • just watched all of this after stumbling onto it by accident, great work.

you've clearly got some fantastic comedy actors amongst your cast. only criticism might be that you could do without (or with less of) the AD-style cutaways, but it all works well anyway. good luck with this , hope there's a lot more to come

  • I like Chase's white socks. And Jennifer's cape. Mucho.

  • how did you guys get a school to film in?

and how did you guys get so many varied actors/actresses for the parts?

  • We asked - a couple of our actors had gone to that school and they had done some of my (Yuri's) plays for various contests, so we were friends with the drama teacher who, eventually, got the school to let us shoot there.

Actors and actresses all auditioned and are all local (and not so local) actors in SF. None of them get paid, but work for food, copy, credit and the fact that they love us dearly.

  • Oh man, I love the shot where the car pulls up and you see the kids from underneath and then the shoes...that's magic right there.

  • kinda gay.......

  • At least it's only kinda.

  • I laughed out loud. That's the perfect answer!

  • Have you noticed how more educated people say sort of instead of kinda?

  • I like the consistency of the Swamblers joke.

..And where did he keep those glasses? xD

  • We were WAITING for someone to ask that question. The answer, of course, is _________.

  • This show has really built some steam-!!!

  • So who is the person who is responding as breakalegtv? is it a cast or crew member? or kindof everyone?

  • 99% of the time it's me. And by me I mean Yuri. And by Yuri I mean David Penn. Alliteration is Vlad (co-writer and co-creator and my brother).

  • Haha cool, hi Yuri, i think that the shows great by the way! keep doing a great job.

  • sick

  • what kind of camera do you use?

  • We use an HVX200.

  • That was amazing! Thank you so much for being a part of my life!

  • This show keeps getting better!!!!!

  • I especially like the sound-work!

  • the ep title says it all!

  • full of shit!!hehe joke

  • This stuff is too funny, my kinda humor, keep up the good work!

  • Thanks! Will do!

  • haha i love it!

    <--- first time watcher :D

  • Good to hear! Hope you check out the other episodes and join us on the website!

  • My favorite so far!

  • Ms. Fancy i think theres an exporn star teaching anatomy in are math class

  • How can people not like this? xD I think it's brilliant...

  • that was odd but lawl

  • brilliant

  • hey hey look, BreakaLegTV! Someone's trying to make fun of ME now while apparently missing your obvious reference to Tay Zonday singing about chocolate rain.

yes yes the internet is full of idiots.

  • the song is finnish

  • What language is the song in?

  • what is the song and who does it?

  • sub trade anyone

  • Freeload: Johnny Hallyday Mon Fils. Live. Superclip!!

  • iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate this....kthxbai

  • I liked the part where the bunny nibbled on the green pelletized rabbit food.

  • Best Actress goes to mistress-principal!

  • i admire the people who hate the show and insist on watching it. I find it hilarious personally

  • Thanks! That's nice to hear, even if we ARE causing the apparent decline of civilization.

  • that's kind of vain taking all the credit for the decline of civilization.

  • But then again, we're kind of vain.

Plus, if there's one thing we've always strived for, it's being solely responsible for the decline of civilization. So it's not vanity, it's the realization of hard work.

  • and I'm sure you've made great strives towards the decline of civilization. But you need to remember those brave souls who laid the ground work for this cause. Just imagine if they'd never invented the printing press, where would you be?

  • Probably on the street corner, making snuff film jokes, pixelating body parts and being asked "wtf" by passerbys.

  • That doesn't seem too far from where you are now. By the way, excellent grammar.

  • Surprisingly, it's exactly where we are.

Thanks. Do you think it's just regular grammar that, when compared to: "so i herd u leik mudkips" seems excellent?

  • Are you trying to imply that "so i herd u leik mudkips" is irregular? I am quite certain that is the normal thing to hear on the street. So, I must assume that it is in fact regular grammar. The fact that I can understand what the hell you just said, makes it excellent.

  • Fair enough. Grammar is a great help in destroying the world.

  • so i herd u leik mudkipz

  • is this show made just for youtube?if so, at least thats a little cool even if it is crap. i cant imagine it qualifies for any other method of distribution

  • It's also on Animal Planet after Meerkat Manor. We really give those Meerkats a run for their money.

  • Why do more and more of the worlds population seek to fill our lifes with frivilous, innane, meaningless dribble? The human race is finished, without doubt.

  • Alack, 'tis true! The pain of YouTubity doth fill mine very soul with dread and fear! The darkness of online sitcoms will be the end of us, to be certain.

  • Oh dear, i see how you pathetically try to defend this mess every time someone comments. I think its time to stop deluding yourself(s)

,what do you think? (hold on, dont tell me). Why dont you go and do something useful in the world instead of making it more confusing? Comedy is not your thing, trust me.

  • I apologize profusely for responding to you with irreverant comments that further confused and saddened you.

As far as comedy, I'm not sure what you mean. This isn't a comedy, it's a political thriller about a man and his beloved monkey running for office.

    Are you confused yet?

  • In a nutshell, what i am trying to get to the bottom of here is this; There is only so much attention in the world at any one time, this attention can grow or decrease for any one particular thing. What i suggest is that you look for attention elsewhere, because in this medium you are just wasting peoples time. I mean, you have wasted approx 38420.8 hrs (a clip of 8 mins!)of the worlds time...dont you think that's kind of a shame for something so painfully pointless and desparate?

  • First, your essay on attention is both thrilling and provocative, I'm surprised your attention treatise has not yet been published in any sort of large, YouTube-related paper.

Secondly, the whole thing is unfortunate, as the show was created solely to please you and you alone. The fact that you're not pleased hurts as so much it's hard to even describe in human words. So, we officially quit to please Random Guy On The Internet. Thanks for your help.

I hope sarcasm doesn't confuse you.

  • You just slave and slave over a hot keyboard all day and you get no appreciation in return. I say you leave him.

  • It hurts, it just hurts so much...

  • not as much as watching your sitcom.

  • Oh, sir, you've zinged me! You've zinged me to the very core! Have you gotten your Woody Allen membership club card yet? Because that was a zinger for the ages.

  • zing zing ...round two!

  • Hey! You should write comedy!

    "And you shouldn't!"

I can just do this by myself.

  • and you should, in a dark, sound proofed room.

  • I often do, and when I do, I think of you, for you are my life, my all, my everything.

  • oh, is scarcasm another one of your comedic qualities then? Get Mr sophisticated here!

An old Woody Allen joke was that he never wanted to be in a club that would have him as a member ...considering some of the people that want to be in you club i would hand in your resignation as its chairman!

  • No, I have no comedic qualities. Which, ironically enough, is the club I belong to.

To help you with a witty response, I'll give you choices:

    A. Yeah! You're not funny!

    B. You're wasting the world's time!

    C. Your scarcasm scars me scarcastically.

    D. I'm confused.

  • Ok, i heard you the first time. I suppose i am just facinated by the delusional, no disrespect. And what is the big problem with being confused, why are you even bothered about that?

  • Likewise, I am fascinated by the confused, who often make grand statements about the fate of humanity in a very confused yet resolute way that's only comparative to a very dedicated monkey who dares to dream of being an apple.

    I bet you're confused now.

  • grown men too...devastatingly confusing. lol bye.

  • Yes. Sometimes. Maybe? Yes.

    What?

  • You sir, are more correct then I could have possibly imagined.

I have decided to learn from your example. No longer will I dedicate myself to this wayward sitcom that pollutes the world with confusion.

No, I say I shall dedicate myself and my time to patrolling YouTube in search of other such atrocities so that I shall let it be known what damage they and their creators are doing.

Thank you for showing me my wrongs.

  • I want to point how pathetic your life is, that 13 hours ago you stated how much you hated this show. And you have nothing else to do with your life that you came back to mock it more.

  • I get a little email when someone replys to a comment...its just curiosity that brings me back, which bolsters my position even more so. Because if a strong minded healthy adult feels a strong urge to reply to non-entities in a non-medium about a non-comedy, what chance do the youth of today have?

  • So am I to understand that the internet doesn't exist and by my non-posting I'm destroying the minds of the future? I seriously have nothing better to do with my life.

  • The question is, if a non-person returns to a non-video and talks to non-entities about non-comedy and is non-impressive with his non-pseudo-intellectual non-statements, does none care?

    Yes.

    Are you confused yet?

  • No...its just when you try be funny that i become confused. As long as we are being serious, i will be fine.

  • I'm not sure what you mean, I've been deadly serious this whole time. Aside from the time I was scarcastic, but that was once, in a moment of scarcastic-driven weakness.

    Are you confused yet?

  • wtf? Nothing like pixelated porn, geez...

  • what is that song called!? I like it!!! (plz type song and artist)

  • It is called Ievan's Polka, by Loituma.

  • Great choice. Four friends and I learned to sing that song for sake that we love polkas.

  • It's a great song. We've all heard it close to a million times and still love it dearly.

  • oh my god that was funny. I can't believe that you did the head-tilty thing either. lol

  • Cool... thanks for the reply. By the way i'm finnish too;)

  • Obviously influenced by Arrested Development but might as well emulate something good. I liked it even if the pause thing was overdone.

  • that music is finnish :--DDDDDDDDD

  • WATCH MY NEW HAPPY SLAP VIDEO!

  • Cooooool. The theme song is truly surreal. Could usa a little more attention to making your lines seem natural, though.

  • whoa whoa whoa... y=mx+B!?....B!? ok so maths is different in America...

    C: head tilty thing

    D: Children?

    lol! more head tilting! XD

  • Hey, I thought it was funny.

  • i hope your legs get caught in a blood-bath and sues.

  • I don't know what that MEANS.

  • lol

  • Gay? shit man I'm so behind on what's considered hot these days that i didn't even consider it..Shame on me!

  • lol

1st rule: female educaters are always horny = they are always right.

2nd rule: the object of their lust is always you, not the guy they were looking at after making eye-contact with you.

3rd rule: they want it NOW, no maybe laters no maybe elsewheres: NOW

4th rule: don't get caught! It is so embarrasing that you would have to change schools.

I don't even know why I post this. No relation with my IRL life whatsorever ;P

  • excuse me... but is that finnish they sing in the start and end?

    if so. why?

  • It is finnish, a song called Ievan Polka by Loituma. It is the show's theme song. We decided to go with it because, A. the mood fit the show, and B. it represented a very strange world where people can't quite understand what everyone else is saying.

  • The ex-porn star is hot!

  • this is arrested development without the good acting... but not TOO bad

  • why did he erase the 'do not erase'?! :O

  • That's how he rolls!

  • Chase is just that kinda guy, he's a rebel, doesn't follow the rules.

  • boring

  • Haha, this is pretty funny.

  • that song is loitumas ievan polkka and the band is a finnish band so there's false credits in the end.

  • Actually, thank you for pointing this out to us -- we're shocked at ourselves for accidentally forgetting to credit Loituma for the theme song. Yes, 90% of the music is made by Vlad and Monica Baranovsky -- but the theme song is, in fact, Ievan Polka by Loituma, which they graciously let us use. Big mistake on our part, sorry!

  • thats exactly what I said :P

  • I want to see Groommates! Are you guys going to show it?

  • mc,;/SLKDV'/lokhkfygktjgghjghjhgk rtyrs5b er

  • Why is the credits for the music to Vlad & Monica Baranovsky ?

That song is Finnish and those names aren't Finnish and I'm sure of it.

  • maybe they made a finnish song

  • They compose 90 percent of the music or more, the other songs are given credit I think

  • holy crap .. cool principal

  • biaaaaaaaatch

  • its freackink stupid

  • U´re wack... dry english humor... you have got humor.. dooh...

  • sexse bayılrım

  • soh gay english

  • Where'd u get the finnish music? :o

  • BEST EPISODE YET!

  • Good concept. Terrible acting.

  • What's interesting is that part of the concept is to get terrible actors. Or something.

  • Unintentional terrible acting is never a good idea for any productions, film or stage.

  • Oh my god, thank god you said that. We always thought that unintentional terrible acting was our strength. We're going to seriously rethink our plan...

  • ROFL, thumbs up!

  • these douche bags are clueless.

  • If only I had a clue of what you meant.

  • I hate the show, as do others, and I feel that the forced comedy and weak acting create an annoying mess of a series that displeases me and the others I refered to, when I(we) watch it.

  • Unfortunately, the fact that you (others) hate the show, pleases me (us), which creates an unfortunate circumstance wherein I, subject A (or we, subject WE) much prefer myself (us) over you, Subject B (or others, subject OTHERS) -- solve for X.

Or, to make it simpler, if you dislike it, don't watch. Watch a strange man sing Chocolate Rain in a strange voice.

  • XDDDD "This internet thing is wild!"

Tay Zonday, the guy who sings about chocolate rain sang a song about a new dr. pepper. As I recall, the comments on one of his videos was "Oh no. Not another black kid with a yamaha keyboard!"

    XD

  • what the fuck does that have to do with the video?

    Stupid piece of shit.

  • yeah. finnish music

  • Yes!

  • do you have any permission to that song or is it a song that everybody can use?

  • We have permission, yes.

  • good stufff.

    WENIS!!!

  • Thanks! For the compliment and the wenis.

  • Great stuff... Best episode ever

  • Ever! We'll take it!

  • ps. whose the cute guy who walks in and talks to the principal about the pornstar in atatomy/math

  • He is our very own Hugo Martin and he's available. We're actually shopping him for prospective female buyers, so just let us know.

  • haha the stripper line was cute

  • LOL! I loved the comment at the end about Georgia O'keefe! This is the first video I've seen of your guys, and I must say it's pretty awesome. There's a lot of effort and the writer has a nice sense of humor. As a newcomer to this I really dont' know about the characters, and it seems almost random...but that may be just the way it is. In any case...LOVED IT! :D

  • i luv this.

  • "I should've been a stripper like mom said"- great stuff

  • This was absolutely horrible. Nothing funny. You guys are trying way too hard.

  • We dearly want you to like us. Dearly.

  • haha this was very funny
