rashad is not stuped and is not stubern like sum fighters who have the same plan going into every fight example liddell, wand. reshad almost mimicks his opponint and beats them at there own game. expext it to be boring at times but when rashad gets lyotos timeing down he will explode. i like both of these fighter so it would be cool to see a tie so rashad can kill jackson. then a rematch down the road between lyoto and rashad.
i've seen Machida's chin tested, its great. After a decision won fight, his master (this big Japanese dude, he's famous in Japanese MMA) Punched Lyoto in the face three times as hard as he could for not finishing his opponent and Lyoto didn't even see the first shot coming. After absorbing three ruthless blows to the face by a Japanese master, he just bowed to the Japanese guy and the Japanese guy looked all surprised that Lyoto was still standing and just bowed back. It was F-ing CRAZY!

rashad is not stuped and is not stubern like sum fighters who have the same plan going into every fight example liddell, wand. reshad almost mimicks his opponint and beats them at there own game. expext it to be boring at times but when rashad gets lyotos timeing down he will explode. i like both of these fighter so it would be cool to see a tie so rashad can kill jackson. then a rematch down the road between lyoto and rashad.

i've seen Machida's chin tested, its great. After a decision won fight, his master (this big Japanese dude, he's famous in Japanese MMA) Punched Lyoto in the face three times as hard as he could for not finishing his opponent and Lyoto didn't even see the first shot coming. After absorbing three ruthless blows to the face by a Japanese master, he just bowed to the Japanese guy and the Japanese guy looked all surprised that Lyoto was still standing and just bowed back. It was F-ing CRAZY!

From what I've seen Machida isn't the worlds greatest finisher...Haha.He's had 8 fight's go to decision,and 2 of his fights,namely those with Stephan Bonnar and Dimitri Wanderley don't seem massively impressive to me.I am hoping he wins though!

i just think machida's going to win. he landed 15-20 body and leg kicks per round vs. ortiz. that said, evans is much faster than ortiz. machida's very accurate with his kicks, nearly everyone lands. i think that gives him the advantage. he also has good takedown defense. evans might have better conditioning. i'm not rooting for machida, but think he's going to win. i actually like evans. i think he's got a good personality.

they don't always agree . like in Penn-St-pierre 2 , Kampmann vs. Condit , and especially Parisyan vs. Dong Hyun Kim . there was a big bet they made on that one that ended with Jared and Matt shaving their heads and beards cuz Parisyan won , and then about a week later its turned to a no contest cuz Parisyan took pain killers . i bet they were pissed about that .

well dude Rashad evans was supposed to fight rampage at ufc 96 but rashad said no because he needed more time to prepare and Rampage had fought within 2 and a half months after the wanderlei fight and this fight at ufc 98 wouldve also been about 2 and a half months so he said no fighters need time to rest and heal and also he needed surgery in his jaw the reason he looked bad against jardine was because he over trained so it was a smart move not to fight the champ in such short time

Machida wont submit or knock Rashad out.
Rashad is a tough fighter, he have taken some really hard punches and never been knocked out.
We have not seen Machida taken a hard punch yet, but i dont think he can take a punch from Rashad.
Machidas best way to win, split decision.
But i wonder if he got the cardio i to last 5 rounds..the ortiz fight left some answers.
