Most of the Ralph Henning/Splash Band takes on John Carpenter's music are wonderful but this for me is their crowning glory and still sounds amazing over a quarter of a century later and infact as other comments have noted, curiously modern and would not sound out of place on a Valerie & Friends compilation...does anyone know the difference between the two tracks on this release? I do not own it but there is only a few seconds difference between the two mixes and I would be curious to know....
this is the right speed. PERFECT!
