Worked at Dell taking calls selling computers. Hated the job. Dell is screwed up as far as givng the customer service. Dell wants all reps to upsell,upsell,upsell. They also are sending more and more work overseas.

Almost the same happened to me although it was not this hillarious. I wanted to place an order for dell xps 15 and when I found out a hidden problem in the order and asked for cancellation, he told me to pay cancellation fee.......WTF??????

From that day I sweared to god that i won't buy anything from dell.

We ordered and paid for a DELL computer that "got lost" on the way to our home. DELL customer service could not have cared less. I'm not sure they even really sent it. Finally, we got a refund by contesting the charge with our credit card company. I will NEVER consider DELL again and I warn you not to also.

I will NEVER buy another Dell laptop. If you need to call customer service, forget it! The reps SPEAK the proper English words, but the timing, enunciation, etc. are not in any way similar to the way we Americans. And Dell has refused to use American reps for American calls. Lame!!!!

i would have hang up as soon as he opened his mouth. i hate this shit they need to Speak English. I did not understand one word he said and it drove me NUTTS ! i know he was try to speak English but i have thigs to do and im not going to get cought up trying to talk with people like. Yarly. You're a moron if you think the OS most used in the bloody development of games doesn't play games itself. You can play any game on any OS, in the case of Linux it just requires a little more effort, but more often than not Macs get their own version, or the entire game was always multiplatform, like anything Blizzard makes.

mac's can pay games, i play crisis on my iMac, the issue is since the majority are PC owners companies make games for PCs and not as many for Mac's but in terms of "can" the mac's capabilities can play ANY game available.

but if all you want is games, go buy a 360 kiddo.
