While in paint , you see a Menu bar called : Colour ! Click on it than Edit Colour ( it should be the Colour menu up in your screen ) ! Than you make your colours !

A camcorder would be a bit harder to use if its like right in front of the screen.

Awesome, I find it interesting how in MS Paint the curve tool is the most used, and even since I've gotten Photoshop I still rely on it for 90% of what I do.
