It may or may not be the rev limiter. Untuned it is the limiter more then likely but I also know these computers/ignitions do not like to turn more then 5,600 RPM before they start to miss.

That code means a really bad misfire that could be damaging to the motor and/or catalytic converters. Hope you got the problem fixed!
