I am living proof, that this methord does work.

I tried this 3 months ago; I had an annoying, painful verruca

on the bottom of my foot (It wasnt life threatening of course,

but it was annoying, so I tried it). I'd had it for 2 years & It never

went away. The day after I said this prayer it was gone.

Great question and response - I like the idea of healing being an intentionality that can take any form, sound, or shape that represents health to the person requesting the help.

Accepting the energies, grounding them, knowing and thanking - these are wonderful elements of mending new wholeness out of the pieces of our lives and minds that the past allows us to take into the future.

Maby its just me, but when my "intentions" mixes with my spiritual energy... disasters manifest in my life. My spirit guide tells me that the intentions of ego will always serve the ego, and intentions, or what we want, are connected to ego. The divine self of humanity is already connected to healing energy, we must patiently face life as it manifests and know we will get what we need when we need it. I see these Specific Spiritual practices as creating another illusion of control.

I need healing SOOO bad. I have very painful arthritis and it's very hard not to focus on the pain. I understand that I should focus on what the outcome should be but can you imagine how hard that is? I will definitely try this and thank you very much for posting.
