Just like President Eisenhower had a vision for an interstate highway system in the US, President Obama has a vision for High Speed Rail in the US.We are FAR FAR behind the rest of the world when it comes to HSR.Even countries like India and Russia have high speed trains.Acela cant even get to 125mph,and thats our high speed train.In a few years China of all countries will have more high speed rail miles then all the other countries with HSR COMBINED.Wake up America, we need HSR!

@derrway: actually India doesn't have HSR but they are working on getting a system in.
