oh genie francis how i miss you!!! and when laura was talking about elizabeth being luckys first love it got me thinking.....if JJ would have stayed all these years and never left the show, i can honestly say that lucky and elizabeth would have been this generation's luke and laura....hence the name LNL2. they would be leaving other supercouples to dust to this day. cuz they had IT!

You know their original relationship was cut off so young that it was sad that it really only lasted a few years. But it's the greatest romance that I've ever seen and probably WILL ever see on a soap. EVER.

Thanks for posting this for us. This were great scenes and good acting.Special the scene between Lesley & Laura and the familily scene with Nicolas and Lulu. I only watch GH for some years in the

80'ies in germany. The scenes of the

90 'ies and in the present I only saw at youtube. When you compare the 3 decades it seems there are 3 different own series. Perhaps it must be so and the youth like the actual GH-Stuff more than the old-Stuff. But I miss the old characters and good acting !

Thank you so much for including these scenes. So many times, it's just the montages posted. I loved these scenes at the house, especially with Lesley and Laura. It was lovely to see Amy there too.

The writing and acting were more inspired years ago. When you compare scenes from days gone by to scenes today, there's a marked difference in the way it's acted, even by people who were on the show during they hey day. Good writing inspires great acting.

Nice to see Amy out of the hospital and with the Spencer family as she should be. Shell was definitely underused in the 90's.

You are so right. There was much more attention to the family dynamic then too. When something happened, there weren't people that were glaringly missing in certain scenes and also there was much more attention to details during scenes it seems to me. I don't know who was directing the scenes back then. I know that Marlena Laird was there for much of the LnL hey day, but it does make a difference in the whole essence of the scenes.

I agree with you completely! I was watching the show earlier this afternoon and it is so boring and unappealing today!

The show during the 90's was truly the last great decade for the soap! There were so many memorable moments back in the day: Stone's Aids, BJ's heart, Elizabeth's rape,.....
