What a joke..........The tax payers of California will be on the hook for a billion dollars up front, then with the usual millions in cost overruns this top flight medical center for convicted felons will be closer to 2 billion dollars. How does that make the tax payers feel that they get to pay for the priveledge of providing the finest medical care available to the people that rob,rape,muder and pilage it's law abiding citizens. And people wonder why the state is broke.
