@11B30Inf We are lucky they finally surrendered. We only had two bombs and used them both. The fact is,.. there were no more nukes to drop. Invasion was the final option if they continued. They would have still lost, but we would have lost an estimated 1 million lives with invasion.

The second (Fat Man) being more sophistocated than the first, (LIttle Boy). It's a "Fact". Anything close to a third was mearly within the confines of development. A dozen!!! LOL!
