I think its a live version, pushed up at the stuio.. but I really don´t know hat happened to his voice.. sounds bad.. not like him.. Of course his voice changed after his surgey.. but not like that.. bullet sounds live not as god as at the studio. but who do? the put theyre energy more into theyre instruments.. and you can really hear it on every live solo!

And of course the Poison DVD is not completly live..
