  • arabian reining is judged in a completely different category.. and i know a lot of arab reiners that are better than some quarter horse reiners and vice versa. when i show arabs its a lot different than when i show quarter horses.. its a challenge, and its a blast. both breeds are awesome to ride and show.

  • @Toastbitten Thanks so much for the comment! Getting your perspective from both breeds from first hand experience is awesome:)

  • yeah.... go Arabians !!

I just wish the video was clearer

    but otherwise,

    how awesome

  • Yay go Arabs. If you love this, check out Haflinger's reining, they too are little cuties.....:-)

  • I love their tail carriages it's tooo cute. And they jump around on their front end more than quarter horses during the spins which may not be correct, but still equally as cute haha.

  • My Arab could whoop your Quarter horses, so stick it! =)

  • arabian reining has just taken off in the past few years, give us a few years, we'll catch up. After all, the Arab created the QH. AQHA was still accepting PUREBRED ARABIANS into the registry during the sixties. So you just called your horses' pedigrees "sissy". The half arabs and some pures are actually competing and winning in the NRHA now.

  • awhh cmon yall give the arabs a chance. i ride arab reiners and while i agree QH's are generally more built for it i think that a lot of psycho insane arabs out there have given arabs a bad rep as reiners. ive seen some pretty awesome arabs that have given top notch QHs a run for their money ;]]

  • yeah i agree with the person like 2 comments below. Quarters are so much better at it! :D

    arabians are too sissified.

  • @stjimmyisalie Sissified? Really? Let me put your Quarter Horse out in the middle of the desert for a month and see how he does.

  • leave reining to the QH. They have the muscle to hold themselves in the stop, and are ALOT more quick footed in the spins.

  • Reining should be left for the QH. They have the muscle to hold themselves in the stops, and are ALOT quicker footed.

  • Just goes to show that beautiful athletes are alive and well in the Arabian show world. Great video!
