The video is quite good and I would almost believe them except for personal experience of dealing with them and the former Coopers & Lybrand. I do feel sorry for their employees who died on September 11th 2001 in the planes hitting the twin towers. It was an avoidable tragedy as there was prior warning on the 5th September 2001 which was suppressed by the 9/11 Commission. It seems money is more important than life.
