  • "...states used tricks and gimmicks [for stimulating the economy]." A series of vague statements about giving the wealthiest Americans more loopholes than ever IS a gimmick. Using his position to force his religious views on Ohio is another gimmick. You criticize the President for the very same tricks you play. Fix Ohio's job problem, then you can talk. Stop letting yourself be pimped by Boehner and Cantor for political gain.

  • hey you are going to be on SSI one day so you should not be against it. By the way most people that are on SSI are either poor, disabled or really old. These people paid into the system. Also since you hate entitlements so much why don't we do away with mortgages and loans...thats right people should turn in their cars and houses that is bank owned and quit being lazy and settle for little until they save up...stupid conservatives who are rich and can buy a house milk the government money anyway

  • Church is for fags...

what is difference is between young libtards worshipping Obama than old GOP fucks worshipping Reagan

  • faggots

  • All of Reagan's budgets resulted in net tax reductions so trying to argue that Reagan understood he had to raise taxes to increase revenue is a gross misrepresentation of both his ideology and his policies. His substantial tax reductions led to revenue growth and, more importantly, economic growth for all sectors. The only people who don't benefit from any growth policies are those who don't participate in the job market. Government programs hold people down.

  • @thomaseco1 you are entitled to your opinion. It disappoints me to see all the people throwing out the name-calling. Come on people, can you not argue your point intelligently? Thomaseco1, the problem with your analogy of cutting our paychecks is you are talking about cutting paychecks of economic producers. Government is not a producer - it is a taker. When cutting government revenues, we are actually putting more money back into the hands of the producers in this country.

  • Weird to see comment re Rasmussen being GOP poll. LOL

It was Most Accurate of All on obama's election!

    American Conservative Values:

  • @3martijns

Congratulations. You have proven that even a dumb parrot can learn propaganda sound bite labels if Faux News & GOP politicians repeat them often enough.

  • States with GOP governors are Mostly doing Much better than others!

Sad that Dems act like they have No common sense!!

  • I'm not clear how you can compromise on policy while not compromising on principle.

  • Good for everyone in Ohio. Never get things like that passed here in Illinois. You are speaking Martian to our politicians.

  • 'Liberty, Freedom and Justice for All' I'm Voting for Ron Paul our next President, 2012, with a capital P :D

  • The single vote that was cast 15 years ago that kept the balanced budget from passing was cast by the recently deceased Mark O. Hatfield of Oregon.

  • O'care & Dodd/Frank will keep jobs and the economy from recovery....All the other jobs bills are a waste of time till those two laws are repealed....so enjoy the high unemployment and stagnant economy, Democrats...that is what you caused.

  • @Wildkkat1 Do you even know the exact provisions of the Dodds-Franks bill? What each provision does?

Wall Street loves to gamble with your money with no oversight. It almost collapsed the economy.

Now that there have been some fundamental common sense "rules of the road" enacted - Wall Street is fighting them, and they sent their corporate whores - the GOP & Fake News - to spread lies & propaganda about the Dodds-Franks bill. It has worked on fools like you.

  • @megarational Funny....2300 pages of rules and regulations from Dodd/Frank yet they exempted Fan/Fred which caused the entire housing melt down. Democrats all, blocked regulation of Fan/Fred....learn some facts! Bush started warning Frank & Dodd along with the GOP about Fan/Fred would lead to a bubble in 2003..!

  • @Wildkkat1 "...2300 pages of rules & regulations..." Do you think financial system reform should be of a size that can be comfortably printed on the back of a serial box???

Fucking simpleton. Even a dime store novel is between 250 & 400 pages long.

Only a fucking retarded Fox Fiction fan could be led to criticize a piece of legislation without knowing shit about it - just by "wowing" him with the number of pages.

But then again, the GOP and Faux Fiction (aka GOP-TV) feed on such fools.

  • @megarational Typical lib moron resorts to name calling, because I own you...Puke!

  • @Wildkkat1 The only thing you own is warts from too much masturbation.

  • There are 73 million registered democrats and 54 million registered republicans and 19 million, registered as other.

The GOP is in the minority in national elections, big time. It's all about turnout.

  • @coltor9 Independents swing the national vote every time. Not sure where your getting your numbers. Democrat's only lead Republicans slightly. I think you may be referring to 2008 and also some states are very lopsided. Here is the latest partisan trending according to % of adult voters.

    July 31, 2011 Republican Democrat Other R - D

july 33.1% 34.8% 32.1% -1.7% This according to Rassmussen. Obozo has lost the independents plus some dems.

  • @zepproxx Rassmussen is a GOP poll just for your information and is not accurate at all. Registration numbers come from National Party numbers which are tabulated monthly by each states registrations.

Actually, Democratic registrations have increased over 1 million voters this past year, ending in December while GOP registrations have declined over 1 million.

  • @coltor9 I know Rassmussen is a poll and many dems say it is a Republican poll. They sure nailed the 08 elections and also 2010 mid terms. The poll is one run each month on party trends for voters identifying with a party. Please send me the link to your monthly party numbers by state registration.

  • I don't care about the opinions of any politician not named Ron Paul, Rand Paul, and, if he ever gets elected to the Senate, Peter Schiff.

  • The GOP is Koch Brothers owned. They are no longer Americans or people. They are corporations.

They voted 100% to give BILLIONS to Corporate Jet Owners while voting to CUT billions in education and public schools.

Who can figure these idiots out? They are bent on destroying America, the middle class and the poor.

    Sad.

  • @coltor9 You mean all those corporate jet owners that Obama is partying with on Martha's Vineyard?

  • @connecticutmommmy partying with? I'm not even an american and i can see obama drowning in a suckhole of greedy american scumbags.

  • Common sense straight talk from John Kasich.

Remember, John Kasich was part of the 1994 freshman congress that balanced the budget which Clinton likes to take credit for. Good American.

  • way to go Kasich...put those lazy no good SSI collectors to work and end the states entitlements that cripples your state as for the country.

  • Kasich is the most delusional politician of all time. He likes to credit himself for things that he has not done. Even Republicans that work with think he is a dingbat and won't vote for him again.

  • the real question now Governor Kasich is whether Ohio will no longer be a battleground state in the coming election thanks to your work

keep it up and hopefully other states will follow suit and we can remove Obama's chances for reelection in all 50 states

  • John Kasich is such a successful Governor for Ohio... he has a 35% approval rating.

  • @modernesquire doing what is right and needed is frequently unpopular. What is popular are lies, promises that can't be kept, and hand outs.

  • Second month of unemployment going up in Ohio. A budget that is already running a deficit in Ohio. Governor, you are delusional!

  • 3erd your free market push in the energy sector is a robbery of the public! You are allowing private for profit corporations to drill for gas on public lands (state parks, ect..) for thier own prfit, while the people of Ohio are seeing a 3-5% increase in gas cost anually. Why should we allow these private for profit corporation to drill on our public lands when it does not benifit our people???

  • @thomaseco1 you are a moron...first...the Balanced Budget Amendment allows for more free market by getting control on your spend happy liberals so that business will have more confidence in our country to invest in jobs. Consumers will have more confidence in spending because our country has gotten control of its spending, which would bring us back from the edge of bankruptcy! You would understand that if you were not an idiot!

  • @Soteira17 10 years of extreme tax cuts and still no business. So dont talk to me about moron, even the great Ronald Reagan understood the importance of Revenues. You can not cut your way to prosperity. Thats simple logic! if you keep cutting your pay check in half, soon you'll have no money. Bush sr. Reagan all raised taxes becouse they understood economics, you on the other hand seem to dumb to get a clue

  • @thomaseco1 Go spew your liberal agenda someplace else idiot...you have not supported any of your arguments with facts...just your opinion. That is why you suck...bye bye...thanks for playing...

  • @Soteira17 yea and you have laid so many facts on the table i cant count them. Get real jackoff. FYI i am a conservative. Ron Paul 2012!!

  • @thomaseco1 Ron paul 2012 and you said below you cant cut taxes? You are not a conservative, GTFO

  • @thomaseco1 you lie just like most liberals/progressives. Ron Paul has voted against raising taxes 100% every single time, he has voted against unbalanced budgets 100% of the time. To claim you support Ron Paul is laughable from your actions.

  • @Soteira17 FYI the free market got us in this trouble in the first place. Bush Jr deregulated all the major markets (energy, banking, automotive) and look what happen, the free market almost destroyed our entire economy. Enron stole 8 billion, Bank bailout, Auto bailouts. Free market robbed us blind, and Government had to step in and save us with the bailouts. Duh. what r u watching?

  • @Soteira17 "....so business will have more confidence..."

Nothing gives a business confidence like a fat order book. When the middle & lower classes are robbed of purchasing power because all the wealth is going to the top end, and because of high unemployment & stagnating wages - the order books get slim.

  • @thomaseco1...As for drilling in Ohio...if you like paying high gas prices then keep complaining like the moron you are. The more we hold of drilling in the US the more dependent we are on foreign oil. It creates jobs here and lowers gas prices...that is where it benefits the people douche bag. Do us all a favor and shut your hole so that we are all a little more smarter for not having to listen to stupidity like yours that has gotten our country in the mess it is in now!

  • @Soteira17 They r drilling here you idiot and our prices are still increaseing by 3-5% cant you read? These corporations are ripping off privately owned land for thier personal profit. is that to hard for you to comprehend?? Jobs, these companies drilling in Ohio have not employed 1 Ohioan, all the workers are from arkansas and texas. So shut ur dumbass trap untill you understand what the f your talking about. thank you

  • 1st Clinton did not need a balanced budget amendment to the constution to balance the budget,

2nd you are a free market supporter, yet you wish to create legislation that regulates a market long term with a constitutional amendment? sounds very hypocritical.

  • Common sense.

  • This is good, keep allowing these governors share their successes. Let the states compete, and show the way back to economic growth.

  • @Alvin691 "...sharing their successes...."????

You have as much chance of hearing the true story and underlying causes from one of these lying spinning political sleezeballs as a young princess has of hearing the truth when she asks "if I give you a blowjob do you promise not to come in my mouth?"
