I daily drove the car for a year on air with 0 problems, even went on a 1000mile round trip, so not even close to being a waste. I have no clue where this car is at now, but it went from NJ to Maryland to another person and it now has a procharger on it. I'm hoping it pops up again for sale so I can buy the damn thing back. Hopefully someone blows the motor and sells it cheap.

Not really a waste of a car...air has been proven on the track as a legitimate setup for cornering. When I first lowered the car for my dad, I put 2" coils on it and it rode like shit. When I bought it off him I did the air, I won a contest and already had valves laying around so all I had to do was buy compressors and bags and it was done...cost me roughly $800 to do it so it's not like it was "high budget".

@gunblade1499 Sorry, just my opinion. I think 99-04's look very good stock, maybe lowered up to 2 inches. What's an air ride kit weigh between the bags, tank, compressor, all of that stuff. Close to 50 pounds?
Speaking of the engine, I hope you're running a turbo setup, or a decent Procharger or Vortech, since you spent all of that money on air ride.
@kcole939 its cool, this car isnt even mine. He's my supervisor @ mcguire afb. he has a vortech setup because he couldnt afford to go balls out on a nicer tune along with the air ride kit.

When I traded to him it just had a cheap CAI, off road h with SLP stainless cat back, 4:10's with 31 spline moser axles and brand new trak-loc, and a king cobra clutch...along with the air ride and 18's. What does it look like lately? He told me he had big plans then we stopped talking.
@primerdnoma I believe he traded it for an eclipse GSX AWD Turbo. Im pretty sure he got cash for it too. it still ran like a dream though. I have an SLP exhaust myself on my GA. I actually had no idea he had the axels like that=badass...the GSX is his tuner now I guess. I havnt gotten a chance to ride it or film it in action yet which is a shame because I love Talons and his engine is a little more advanced in parts.
If the set-up is done right it makes the ride very smooth. You don't feel bumps @ all. I had my 06 Roush done by Marcustoms Inc. in Houston and he did a 1-off full custom set up for me. Rides like a dream and doesn't add too much weight, even if you go with hard lines throughout.
shouldnt, it just makes the stang heavier and u feel like every bump in the road IMO. pretty expensive but worth the cash if you know what your doin...
