Minato ( Yondaime/ the fourth) is naruto's real father. This is revealed in naruto manga # 382. It was shown in Jiraiya's memory of his student--Minato (Yondaime).

Even naruto's mother was revealed on that volume.

Well ya don't gotta get mean, but in one of the manga chapters, it does say that Yondaime did say that he sacrificed his wife to seal the Kyuubi and that Naruto killed his older sister because he couldn't control the power. But what all of you failed to see was that it wasn't really Yondaime, it was Pein pretending to be Yondaime to try to lure Naruto into the Akatsuki. So both of you are right.

No offense but I think you need to reread the manga because there is NOTHING that even hints at that sort of thing. What the manga says is that Yondaime split the Kyuubi's chakra, putting half of it into himself and the other half into Naruto, thus saving Naruto's life.

Also, because Naruto was given the yang portion while Minato (yondaime) took the Yin portion (yin/yang=evil/good). Naruto is an only child. Also, it is implied that Kushina (naruto's mom) died but we aren't given details and it was never specifically said so it is still an unsure topic.
