The characters of Buffy and Angel go through incredible emotional growth and it encompasses the scope of human emotion. This is an amazing series, and I kind of doubt media will ever see something to stunning. Twilight will die, but Buffy and Angel still have fans years after production, and continue to draw people to the amazingness.
I love the mournful cello sound in the 'Angel' theme. I still clearly remember a certain day a few years back when I was extremely ill in bed and couldn't move and could barely even think. I felt like I was in Hell. For some reason, the sound of the 'Angel' theme kept playing over and over in my head, in a never-ending loop, similar to in this vid. Somehow, it was the only thing my mind could hold on to for relief or comfort. This theme will always bring back that memory for me...

I think, as far as modern-ish vampire series go, that Buffy/Angel had the closest thing to the original vampires. The only thing that doesn't really fit is the whole face-change thing.

@AlexaMonique14 No. WB abruptly canceled the TV-series. It was supposed to be another season, however, they may have designed the season finale as a total ending of the show when WB told them they were going to cancel it.
Fans tried to make WB change their mind. They didn't. It's all so weird, because it still had 5'000'000 viewers on the last season.

this reminds me of the days they put SO MUCH into TV shows. nowadays, i can flip through 200 channels of cable and still find NOTHING to watch. this theme song was sooooo badass! it sums up the entire setting and mood of the show, LOVE IT!

I think, as far as modern-ish vampire series go, that Buffy/Angel had the closest thing to the original vampires. The only thing that doesn't really fit is the whole face-change thing.

@AlexaMonique14 No. WB abruptly canceled the TV-series. It was supposed to be another season, however, they may have designed the season finale as a total ending of the show when WB told them they were going to cancel it.
Fans tried to make WB change their mind. They didn't. It's all so weird, because it still had 5'000'000 viewers on the last season.

@17LoveRainbow no cordelia is great on the show nd shes pretty too :) but doyel was fuking awesome i miss him i havent seen all the seasons but im watching it now on netflix i finished buffy but im a big fan of both shows but i like angel more im on season 2 episode 9 but i know about the show i used to watch it last year but only like 2 episode but i love the show its amazing R.I.P. DOYEL u will be missed lol you know that he really died in real life.

@17LoveRainbow lol i totally agree. they took the drama out of real vampire couples. you burn you die but in twilight you sparkle and it hurts her eyes or something :/ they make twilight seem so dramatic but it really is nothing compared to Angel :)
