Good effort. I remember playing this, way back when. But you have to remember that this is a Handel piece, it's baroque era stuff, if memory serves. As such, it's meant to be played almost entirely in staccato, seeing as it was written to be played on a harpsichord, which couldn't really hold a drawn out note like a piano. Still, though, your relative inexperience is nothing to be ashamed of. Keep trying and don't listen to the jerk-off mudfucker who posted below me.
It sounds like either the music you have it not edited to have phrasing, or you have kind of ignored it. This piece, as all Baroque music is, very driven rhythmically, and short, precise phrases, with the eighth notes crescendoed slightly.
Well it's a bit to slow :S sorry don't want to take you down but it is really TOO slow :S sorry and you must play some part with effect but oke ;) I can't play dis haha i am in book 1 now :( almost book 2 and i play a half of year now so i need to learn a lot but i onley want to give my true opinion ;)
But Good luck with some practice you will play dis nicely !
Beautiful darling. I wish I could play like you. I'm going to practice more this summer so I won't have just the bear minimum note reading abilities... maybe I'll be able to record some stuff in a few months :P as long as I can find some sheet music.
Aw--well I'm definately not up to the standard to be playing Handel buuut it was an small piece.
Also you will be able to find classical music easily seeing as its public domain so most of it is free! Other than that its slim pickings and a lot of 'popular music'.
