@Nuukify I'm afraid I dont know what a "wrist exercise" is. You exercise muscles, not joints. In a similar way, there is no such thing as a "knee exercise". Do you mean wrist stretching for flexibility? Do you mean forearm exercises?

After reading all of what Scooby has to offer (or close to), I'm only left with one final question: Which is better for dropping fat to turn a 4pack into a 6pack-long runs or sprint type cardio?
I know that long runs fit better into workout plans because you don't run the risk of over-working your legs, etc. I'm just looking to squeeze more time out of my day, and am hoping that sprinting will be supported o_o

Fun tip I discovered a while ago for anyone looking to lower their appetite for junk food: EAT RHUBARB. I ate about a foot and a half of really sour stuff and could barely taste anything else after XD plus it's got a lot of fiber and vitamin C

@jonymx You can get 6-pack abs just by doing a few simple substitutions, you dont have to eat strict all the time. If you want to maximize your muscle gain while getting ripped, you need to be a lot more strict.

Yes, Scooby I know, but some people are blessed with good physic for Bodybuilding and some arent. Just the other day I saw a guy that had a look of a Bodybuilder but he never trained, its generic he said. Entire family was large muscular.

I just made some Scooby Snack protein bars for a healthy breakfast before my labour job. sometimes I wake up late and don't have time for something substantial so they are a perfect, cheap, convenient solution for that! They taste great and are fun to make. Vanilla protein powder works really well too, as long as you have the cocoa powder or what I use - nesquick chocolate milk powder. probably slightly less healthy... oh well.
Would you do the same places for woman? Like the breast part .... I used to measure the back of my shoulder, above the hipbone and the bicep. Also isnt it better if someone els does it so you can relax?

I've started to eat healthier and less recently in attempt to lose fat so I can finally have a visible six pack. I was wondering, though, since I am going on vacation for a week at the end of the month, how harmful it would really be to cut loose for that week and eat whatever I want and as much as I want. Would that completely destroy my progress? I'm 17 so my metabolism is probably decent. I used to eat whatever I wanted and maintained a weight anyway. Big thanks to anyone who can answer! ^-^

I thought not :) The reality is that people measure themselves and they need to do it on the side that they are comfortable measuring or they will never get consistent, repeatable measurements. This is far more important than any tiny difference in fat distribution between left and right sides.

hey scooby just tell me 1 thing, will i see results if i eat 1 or 2 fat meals a week, lets say i eat a whole pizza but i do cardio 30-40min all the week and also i do gym 1 hour a week. i´ve seen changues eating vegetables and stuff you recommend, but its hard sometimes and specially this summer time

@jonymx You can get 6-pack abs just by doing a few simple substitutions, you dont have to eat strict all the time. If you want to maximize your muscle gain while getting ripped, you need to be a lot more strict.

Yes, Scooby I know, but some people are blessed with good physic for Bodybuilding and some arent. Just the other day I saw a guy that had a look of a Bodybuilder but he never trained, its generic he said. Entire family was large muscular.
I know most people can get "huge" not Ronnie, Jay size but much larger/faster than "normal" people training.
Which makes me jealous because my body is "stupid" and refuses to grow no matter what I train or eat. Just the fat. *sigh*

Keep the videos coming Scooby! I just made some Scooby Snack protein bars for a healthy breakfast before my labour job. sometimes I wake up late and don't have time for something substantial so they are a perfect, cheap, convenient solution for that! They taste great and are fun to make. Vanilla protein powder works really well too, as long as you have the cocoa powder or what I use - nesquick chocolate milk powder. probably slightly less healthy... oh well.

I've started to eat healthier and less recently in attempt to lose fat so I can finally have a visible six pack. I was wondering, though, since I am going on vacation for a week at the end of the month, how harmful it would really be to cut loose for that week and eat whatever I want and as much as I want. Would that completely destroy my progress? I'm 17 so my metabolism is probably decent. I used to eat whatever I wanted and maintained a weight anyway. Big thanks to anyone who can answer! ^-^

I thought not :) The reality is that people measure themselves and they need to do it on the side that they are comfortable measuring or they will never get consistent, repeatable measurements. This is far more important than any tiny difference in fat distribution between left and right sides.

You call gaining 3 pounds in 9 months "gotten so big"! :) I had shoulder problems and stopped all upper body exercises for 4-6months and lost some mass. When my shoulder got better I started them back up and gained the mass back. We dont need Sherlock Holmes to figure this one out. :) I weigh 238lbs now, same as I did last year and same as I did 5 years ago and 10 years ago.

Scooby,I know how you always promote that gaining muscle mass is a slow process,but a couple of my friends have been going to the local gym for about 1 and a half months and nearly all 3 of them have really good shaped muscle's and abs,they range from 17 to 19 in age,and take protein shakes,work out every day in the gym for about 2 hours.And all you keep saying how it's a slow process....It confuses me greatly,I would appreciate if you tell me your thoughts on this matter.
