It's 0.00 am here and just got back from my folks, I could only drive about 18 Miles/hour. The road was an icetrack. Next time will take spike tires :p. i havent added anything but i'm doing much better health wise! lost some weight. found out that glutamic acid is the enemy and it's in so many foods. :) - it was giving me those arrhythmias, swelling, broken hunger mechanism, and tons of other stuff.
