3:30 I contacted this man 4 yrs ago. Canada ratified the Rome Statute of the ICC in July 2000 making it illegal to send troops in 2002 to participate in any wars. Anyone paying tax in Canada since 2002 is complicit in war crimes. The blame lies with the leaders but ultimately with the people if they do nothing. Since 2002 I have not met one man with the courage to stand with me or use this knowledge. I have been victimized, harassed, targeted since. The last year has been the heaviest.

Actually America is not a part of the Criminal court. But Brittan is, I wish they would investigate my government in Canada too.

It applies. I emailed Mr Coverdale and he said that if Canada had ratified the Rome Statute then it all applies. Canada has ratified the Rome Statute and is bound by these laws.
