They're actually not a new band, they've been around since about '05 and they train these girls from early childhood. It's a booming industry, there's a guy equivalent called Johnny's that does the exact same thing but with boys so, you know, they've got all their bases covered. The fan base for all of these bands is amazing and ... very strange. If you think you're a fan of something, you have not met these fans. There's clubs, and merch, and photos, and just 0.0 bit strange. But 92? wow
