So bluehost cost $7 a month. Are there additional charges? Does it cost anything for the word-press...or is the total cost for the creation of that blog $7 a month?

@aschmittish Bluehost is $7/month (and actually if you buy two years worth it's only $6 a month), and you don't NEED anything else. There are upgrades for security and protection, but you don't need those things. The only other thing I can justify paying for is the extra $4.95 (i think, not monthly though) for domain privacy so your name and address doesn't show when someone looks up the owner of the website. Hope this helps!
