How about you show us the video of you making a difference in your community am sure you cant because you dont make a difference . These children are not being threatened, they are not being fed lies...this young lady is teaching them the right things...young kids are being taught even more stupid things like homosexuality in school. Im glad these children were listening to the word of God. THey also give them toys at Christmas and they (the bus drivers who take the kids to Sunday church) make home visits and make sure that the families have food and clothes all year long...there are many other things that they do for families and kids there, too, all year long!!!

Tell them when they lie to their parents, or cheat on a test that it is not in line with godliness, that god loves them anyway but to love and feel god in your heart it is easier to do the right thing and honest thing. Or something like that. Get rid of the guilt and punishment.

Tomarto tomayto - yes, sorry Derren, I know it is all trickery - but the power of suggestion is trickery but it works a treat even for the 'new age' community. I actually believe there are other dimensions and life after death and that mediums exist. Quantum physics and time and space study can earth ungrounded new age beliefs into some cohesion. Many people can't do what they purport to do. But I am still pretty convinced that there is more than just here.

Thats a common misconception. Look up agnostic on dictionary dot com and compare it to my explanation.

Atheism is a lack of belief in god. Not necessarily belief that there is not a god. So if you're not sure if theres a god - you're technically an Atheist.

Agnosticism is the belief that god (or can relate to other subjects) cannot be known to be true or untrue. So I am actually both agnostic and atheist - I lack belief in god, but I believe we will never be certain either way.

no-one deserves "punishment". That is man made. There is no punishment. There is only fear - (where the concept of punishment comes from) and love. Love is greater than punishment, Jesus, (and God - whatever that is) punishes no one.

I rated this video before I watched it,and now I would give it 1 star.I've been up there and seen the difference between the kids who go to Metro and the other kids.I saw a 16 yo shove his 5 yo brother into the service because he knows what a difference Jesus can make in a kids life.Those kids have hope that one day,they wont live in a ghetto where drugs,abuse,and murder are in their face 24/7.Thats the world they live in.If Jesus gives them hope for a better life,whats the harm in that?

I agree, but this is frightening for children. We forget as adults how scary information can be. And these children are being told that it should be them up there on the cross, every little sin is worth a crucifixion. It is better not to create this reality of guilt. Guilt is the original sin, and the church perpetuates this. if she was talking about compassion and love it would be different - but she is not. Or only in the context of sin and fear.

I also love how you created this video showing approx. 2min and 46 seconds of sidewalk sunday school, and use that short little blurb to perpetuate a misconception about Sidewalk. They obviously don't give them a "reality of guilt", or the kids wouldn't come back!

Metro makes sure the kids know they are loved; that's why they play with the kids, and tell them they are loved, and more importantly, that God loves them.
