The Old colonial countries mostly from the West raped and disorientated Africa. The wealth for the Development seen today in the west has been made on this robbed wealth.. Asia and Africa is what it is today because of Colonialism. The Chinese are willing to pay a price for the goods, a better price than what the west will pay. Africa's close relationship and even adoption of many European languages as their official language have only offered Africa dubious aid,slavery,colonialism,aparth­eid and poverty.

The problem with China, as much as the aid is welcome, is that they don't really have a moral backbone when it comes to development and are only interested in economic development and are quite happy to build weapons factorys in corrupt african dictatorships like zimbabwe.
