here ya go... 1 cup mayo, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 1 chopped onion, 2 jars (small) marinated artichoke hearts, 2 cups mozz cheese. Mix well... spread on thin pan... then top with 2 cups mozz cheese again... bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 mins... eat with crackers :)
