  • Hmm maybe if you didn't add the water and left it in the food processor longer I bet it would have been more whipped up

  • hey so if you'er vegan can you still smoke pot? with the muchies and lazyness that go with weed? is it a toxin?

  • Looks like an albino turd. I want some

  • you can food process the frozen bananas too and get the same results

  • I Hope I See You In NYC, I Want To Be Like You, Dedicated! I Have The Problems You Had, My Heart Dropped When He Said Youll Get Fat From The Bananas, I Wouldve Stopped Making It, Even Though I Know Bananas Are Good For You. I'm Subbing, Hopefully Youll Inspire Me, PS I Love Your Attitude !

  • I recommend freezing some strawberries and adding them into the mix!!

  • Is the other girls machine like a yonana...I think its called. Thank u 4all ur vids. I love them.

  • What is the machine that the other girl is using? :)

  • what kind of machine is the woman using in the beginning of the video? is it the same kind of machine people use to stuff meat through to make spirals like ground beef?

  • @napoli424 it's a juicer.

  • @dvorakfan1 do you think it can be made with any juicer?

  • @thatfruitarianchick no, it has to be a slow turn juicer. but it is alright, because you can easily make it with a food processor, that's how I make it, and it works great, you just have to make it in smaller batches.

  • @dvorakfan1 thanks. does it taste good that way?

  • @thatfruitarianchick yes, it is delicious, and try using other frozen fruits also.

  • Sorry for stupid Question: is banana has to be frozen??

  • I'm trying to make icecream (well, it's not but i call it that) and i find the more fruits you mix, the worse it tastes, i must try this. I'd love to make a blueberry one, but as i live in england they're much harder to get all year round. I made a blackberry crush (lots of ice, more berry, crush, have as a drink or squish into a lolly mould) from berries I'd grown myself, stuff is always better when it's from your own garden!

  • Dang I live in Lansdale

  • I eat that stuff all the time!!!! EXCELLANT! I make it in my cheap ass blender..loving that juicer you have...I starting to spread the word myself..Been RAW almost 3 months...Feeling great! Actually the first week i was sick...i think i was detoxing off of caffine and the meat....feeling better everyday...Peace, love, happiness is a MUST...:)

  • so funny i just tried this on my own the other day..made it with my ninja, froze it in the shorter container, let it set out a few minutes..was weird how good it was..thanx for sharing :) ♥

  • you should try food processor, without adding water

  • also bananas not going to make you fat. In fact, bananas are like natural laxative and too much going to give you the runs. Maybe that's why the lady so thin. lol

  • @1gemini No that's actually incorrect about bananas giving you the runs or else I would have the runs and thousands of other high carb raw vegans would have the runs BUT... we don't. Drop the animal pieces and pus and your bananas will digest like a breeze. I'm lean because I eat well and look after myself. Try it sometime.

  • that look gross

  • you have an amazing body!!! do u do a lot of working out as well as eating raw vegan ??? xx

  • OMG that gave me a foodgasm =D

  • I love banana whip & I love your title. "Arse-fat free" haha :)

  • banana whip is my favorite food EVER.

  • I've been considering a Vitamix blender, but yours didn't seem to be performing any better than my el-cheapo blender, so I don't know what to do. I know you guys wouldn't advise eating alot of frozen smoothies everyday, but that's how I like them - as thick and cold AS POSSIBLE. If I got a Vitamix and it couldn't do that, I would be so disappointed.

  • Can you tell me what kind of machine you used?? Please :) ty!

  • How long do you leave the nanas in the freezer? I presume you peel em first.

  • What is the brand of the juicer you were using to make the banans nice a smooth?

  • haha "up the top"...he said that to get you to reach higher so your skirt lifts up abit :P

  • what is the name of that machine, the banana whip Lady is making in the begining of the video?

  • I made it today, SO yummy! Worked great in the grinder, but wasn't as white as yours :(

  • I have a meat grinder (to make homemade food for my carnivore cat) I wonder if I could make this Banana Whip with that & it come out creamy like the one from Arnolds?

  • Frozen bananas shredded with a cheese grater also very good, and you don't even need a blender, just a cheese grater. They are soo light and delicious!

  • What machine is making the whip in the beginning?

  • @jmkitch83 Its a Champion juicer.

  • WHAT KIND OF MACHINE MAKES THIS BANANA WHIP, THE WHITE MACHING????

  • why is the bannana ice cream from the champion so white?

  • I add some coco nibs that I grind into a powder and add a small amount of water to make a chocolate milkshake!!!

  • thank u freelea bcuz thanks to u im going raw vegan:) i just hope i dont loose my boobies lol

  • it looks really good but i can't eat bananas. ]: they cramp up my stomach really bad.

  • @JoolieRoolie It sounds like you are either eating them unripe, on a dehdrated system or they are running into other 'foods'. Make sure your bananas are ripe and spotty before eating!

  • @Freelea that might explain it actually. The brown spots bother me a little so I tend to go for bananas that are really yellow.....I may try to eat one when its spotted more and see if that helps. Its just weird because, so far, its only bananas that do this to me. ]:

  • arse*

  • u are destinned to be a guest on Oprah and help millions more!!

  • @fruiteatingvagabond - I'm doing my best to manifest that! I'm here in NY after all.

  • @Freelea im sure if the tv says it people will believe

  • This looks amazing, im definantly doing this later... maybe throw in some berries or fresh mint to mix up the flavor. One quick question for you. You avoid alot of the fats in nuts and such, eating only a small amount, what are your views on fatty fruits such as avacado's? Im just interested in your view on them.

  • the results homemade she gets is hilarious lol

  • @aenrick haha tell me about it. More like SAD.

  • Awesome video. What type of juicer (?) is Megan using there?

  • YUM. that is all

  • So how can you even begin to become a raw vegan? I mean, I am sure there are books out there that explain everything, but in terms of your personal experience, what advice would you give? I am a bit nervous to try this because there are so many bad food temptations out there, and I am a novice when it comes to nutrition. However, if you help me out a bit, I would like to give this a try. I am on a weight loss journey and am curious about potential lifelong eating habits.

  • @Hollymustgetfit Number one - get the 80-10-10 Diet book by Doug Graham. You would use a map to get to a destination right? This lifestyle isn't any different for those new to it. Eating sufficient calories from sweet fruit is also extremely important, if you don't then all those 'foods' you want to avoid will end up down your gob. We run on glucose/simple sugars (fruit being the ultimate source) so we need a steady supply of it to squash cravings. Come join my web community -30 bananas a day

  • @Freelea

Thank you so much! I just joined last night and went on a fruit shopping spree today. I bought over 50 bananas amongst other things. I will definitely keep you updated. Thank you so much for introducing raw veganism to me. =)

  • @Hollymustgetfit good lady! My pleasure :)

  • I can eat fat...I cant eat sugar...is it sugar free?

  • @carmy60 Its 100% banana. Banana contains natural sugars that are GOOD for you. Fat should be kept to a minimal if you want to thrive.

  • @carmy60 there are diabetics on this high natural sugar diet who have lowered their insulin needs because they have more energy to exercise, which helps maintain their blood sugar levels... doesn't make any sense right? don't believe everything we're tought to believe... a high carb raw fruit/vegetable diet works wonders (evolution of food at its finest). Don't believe me though, be scientific about it... take a blood test before and after changing your diet; see for yourself.

  • @carmy60 but also figure out the 9 essential amino acids like all the olympic vegan athletes are told about and how you can get them from fruit. Watermelon have a lot of these amino acids in them... for example; in the 'see more extended nutritional details' at caloriecount(insert dot)about(insert dot)com/calories-peas-edible-podded-sugar-snap-i11300

  • @carmy60 At caloriecount just add ‘?size_grams=(insert grams)’ at the end of the address to get exact amino acid counts per gram

  • OMG THIS LOOKS SO DELCIOUS

  • I make them at home all the time with my Green Star juicer! I also freeze other fruits to add to my whips, and especially LOVE cherries in my whips!

  • YUM!

  • yummmmy! i love to make this at home it's soo good

  • Banana ice cream is sooooo good! I love making a raw strawberry sauce to go over the top of it. YUM. :D

  • I recently began only eating fruits and so e veggies just like you but I've noticed my stomach is bloated/distended. Is that normal for newbies?

Is it possible to overeat fruit??

    Need you help desperately!

Thanks you're my inspiration I really am dying to have your flat tummy :)

  • @jazziheartsyou No its not possible to overeat on fruit BUT it is possible to eat on a dehydrated system, too fast, too late at night, bad food combining, too close to water etc. Its very common to get a bloated belly when first starting out because the fruit is stirring up the gunk. Its like throwing a rock in a muddy pond (for want of a better analogy). Just keep up the fruit intake. Buy 80-10-10 Diet by Doug Graham, join 30bananasaday and you will be cruising soon!

  • @jazziheartsyou this happened to me too...it's very very common and I'm already thin! You have to keep sticking with the plan though and eventually your tummy will get used to it. I'm a month in and still a little bloated...but way way less than I was before! And I actually eat more cals than I did before...

  • You can also add raw almond milk and it tastes amazing :)

  • I made this all the time. I looove my banana icecream : )

  • skip the water. just use the vitamix pusher. even with no water added i like it firmer so i put it back in the freezer for a few hours.

peaches make really great icecream too.

  • Hey Freelee,

Don't use the blender coz you have to add water. Use the kitchen processer for banana icecream (without the cream). It tastes great.

  • why don't you put a proper shirt on??

  • @eldorado18 Um...Who should be putting on a shirt? > Fwd to 0:50 on your featured video. More listening to the lean people, less jealousy and typing.

  • @Freelea Ironic where 0:50 takes us on both our videos.

  • @Freelea I didn't mean to be mean at all!!! don't take it personal... just saying. we all know you lost weight but do you dress like that in real life?? I love your channel actually :)

  • @eldorado18 haha all good, I wasn't taking it personally, just sayin :) Yes I dress like that in real life. I ALWAYS show my belly because its my best asset and people say it inspires them to go Vegan. Imagine that? A flat belly saving animals lives. Awesome!

  • I used to make this banana ice cream in the 70's with bananas from the trees here...plus papayas and even had a cruise ship chef make it once on the way to new zealand when i found he had a champion.

There was a little yellow wood frame house on kauai that had a banana plantation in the 70's and they served this by the road outside their house The tourists would flock there from every country to buy it.

  • That's really great guys! I'm definitely going to try this :)

  • This is one of my new fav foods. Yum.

  • awesomely simple idea! just made one, although i added a little vanilla! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • lololol i love the title!

  • what is that machine the lady at the beginning was using?

  • @afwifekari I found one online called "Champion Juicer"

  • @afwifekari That's a champion juicer.

  • @afwifekari It's a juicer. You'll have to ask Megan what the brand/model is specifically.

  • @afwifekari champion juicer

  • @afwifekari Google "Champion juicer"

  • When the messenger is too hot, the message is lost.

    -TEW

  • How about using peeled and chopped bananas (and then freezing them in a freezer bag) so they blend better, and using soft or soaked dates, too, to prevent cheaper blenders from breaking. Awesome! Rawk on :-)

  • That's just bananas, nothing else is added?

  • I bought them from a thrift shop and when I put them on at home, noticed a deliberate rip just under my butt. Peep show indeed!

  • I remember the first time I ever had this and I was so knocked out it's incredible! I've also added mint to them all kinds of this they are so delicious

  • Yummmm!

  • I use a food processor for mine.. Works a treat! Usually combined with some berries (not frozen). I just fount it easier to scoop out of a food processor.

  • I don't know man that'll make me phat....

  • @spitfiredd1 as in awesome!!

  • YUMYYYYYYY

  • Looks awesome! :)

  • really cool!
