Awesome post! It's about time I came across something from my very 1st Dead show! Drove up from Hillsdale, NJ to meet my older brother at Colgate Univ in Hamilton, NY. It was a beautiful day and my 1st taste of college life. Seemed like everyone was out on the quad drinking beer and smoking weed, great music blasting from every dorm window. More beer, weed and tunes on the drive to the show (sorry Mom). Got up front, Jerry above looking like death jamming in the hottest, most humid venue ever!
