Well , the croc is captured because it was seen in the river were people fish for living..The croc is being taken to a wildlife park ... and released in its natural habitat

...! Its illegal to hunt wild animals in India..

I guess thats how they spend their free time. Its not like they can go online or watch tv when their bored or want to do something. Their education is poor and learning how to hunt is prob one of the few things they need to learn.Either way I do think the Croc was hunted due to it being dangerous to play by the river in that area. They had some type of patrol person coming to go look at it at the end.
