i just installed this on my tilt and i put winterface on it too. i was wondering how do u change tha background for tha touchflo 3d cause i was gonna put the dirty paper background on it if i could

Unfortunately, the UI isn't much faster on the actual HTC Diamond. It would be interesting to see how much faster it could be made to run on a kaiser, though, as I have one.
If you're looking for fast? Try Manila2D. Not as much eye candy, but WAAAY faster - faster than a Diamond running Manila3D.

I'm following XDA-developers as well, and using Manila2D right now. Great speed, less eye-candy, but steady as a rock.
XDA-developers is a great! I'll try TF3D when it's more steady.. thanks for this video.. :)
