Your forgetting that Pain grew up without being properly trained, he was taught a little by Jiraiya, but not for long, whereas Naruto has been taught by a few different ninja.

If Pain was taught properly, I think he probably would of won aswell, but he didn't because Naruto just had the right training to win the fight.

I do agree though, Naruto wins too much, I think Sasuke needs to be knocked off his high horse because compared to Naruto's strength at the moment, Sasuke is nothing.
