I used to own and fly a Cessna 310L 1967 model here in Texas. Now I fly FSX out of Van Nuy's. I started my flying career in Oxnard with the C.A.P. in 1967. I have vivid memories of the event.
correct! Van Nuys is actually THE busiest GA airport in the world. I myself have been #8 to land, and my grandfather has been in the pattern with 17 other aircraft. Both of us learned to fly out of van nuys
Its a shame it had to be an oxymoron. It didn't really have to. Conspiracy by FAA/NTSB/general aviation companies have prevented the implementation of Burnelli designs on aircraft...burnelli aircraft had very low noise because the propellers were 1) in the back of the plane or way to the side & 2) the sound waves propagated upwards giving calm to the people below.
@lavakava im plenty, your diverting you are freaking retarded i mean how many people even have conspiracy theories about aviation (minus the 9/11 bullshit) what could the FAA possibly gain from that and the NTSB, do you even know that they do ?

@n2288f Sounds like you have had some fabulous times to remember and more to come. I've enjoyed very much capturing what I have on film.

I believe Van Nuys is one of the busiest airports in the world when you count takeoff and landings. There is no airline service so its all GA.

That does make sense.
