i've played this game since 04, summoning was added around 09, after the wilderness and during the bounty crater.(I remember the levels for bounty crater being adjusted due to summoning affecting your combat level)

Back when this video was made the max combat level was 126,correct, but it's 138 now. (However 126+12 in the wilderness)

Please just google "summoning runescape" if you haven't played since the wilderness was removed.
