  • can this be done to a hp notebook 2000-227CL modle?

  • @Terminatorx81

This model have a thikness of 35.8 mm , but i don't know how much of it is for the screen.

in most of the new laptop's the screen is to thin to be able to slip the touch panel inside it.

I can't answer your question for sure, you will have to open your screen if you have the extra 3-4 mm

  • my laptop is TOSHIBA..can you help how?

  • @wzvc2011 I'm sorry but you will have to check by your self and see if you can include the the touch panel inside you screen.

  • What program did you use to achieve this?

  • @smoens --- Google for 'Strokeit' and ATnote

  • @theicemanblog But Strokeit is for the mousemovements and ATnote is for the notes on your desktop, i'm wondering how you got touch screen on your laptop. Or am i wrong?

  • @smoens

for the touch capabilities i had to open the laptop screen and attach a touch-screen panel over it

you can see some pictures at my site @

  • It looks cool!!

    What panel r u using?

  • @feernine : 4wire resisting type

  • you can do it on most of the computers, what is your computer model ?

  • hi can i do this on my compac? :D

  • can this be done with a dell inspiron 1200?

  • I don't about this spesifc model, but if your screen thickness is more then 0.7-.0.9cm you can.

for example you can't do it on most lenovo/ibm laptops because of there screen frame is really tight.

  • @theicemanblog thanks you...do you have any instructions for this?
