@GoldenTouchReviews a spring board is the screen layout where all the icons are. lets say you download a 5 icon per row tweak for your springboard. that means that all the rows of icons will have 5. thats the spring board. winterboard is an application that controls what your spring board looks like and what themes are on the spring board.
